The UR201CZ cordless Brush Cutter with 13-3/4" (350 mm) cutting width, is powered by 36V brushless high power drive system using the Makita power pack PDC1200A02 or PDC01. With PDC01 up to four 18V LXT slide type batteries (power pack & batteries sold separately) can be carried to enable longer and continuous run-time, delivering up to 7,000 RPM maximum output. It is equipped with soft start for smooth start-ups, 3 speed selection, constant speed control to apply additional power to the motor to maintain constant speed under load, and electric brake for increased operator safety. A reverse rotation mode allows easier removal of grass clippings and tangled weeds. It features Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) to shut down the tool to protect the user if the rotation speed suddenly slows and Automatic Torque Drive Technology (ADT) to automatically adjust cutting speed according to the load condition.
