The Manuka MGO 400 is really superb. Also BeeVitamins do a great job with their service. The pricing for a 500g container is unbelievable, their delivery was quick and the packaging excellent. I would definitely continue buying my honey from BeeVitamins. You won't be disappointed. I've tried all kinds of honey from the local supermarkets and Saturday and Sunday Markets but they are all sugar-water compared to this honey. Honestly this is what honey should taste like. If, like me, you too are a honey connoisseur, then this is what you need to get. My wife takes a tea spoon full every morning and every night and the results for her have been extraordinary. Considering the high price, was expecting my kid to recover faster from colds and cough but I didnāt really notice any difference in terms of recovery speed. In terms of texture, this is a lot coarser than regular honey. It also does not come with a recommendation on dosage. It tastes like concentrated honey, giving the impression that itās a quality product and not diluted.

I try to always keep Manuka Honey on hand. I have finally worked up to purchasing this higher MGO rating for the health benefits. When I am trying to fight off an illness, I will use just a little in my tea, oatmeal, Golden Milk, etc. I feel it is one of the tools that helps me fight off viruses. Because of the expense, I usually use it only for these times for an extra health boost.The Honey is very thick, a creamy consistency and I love the taste!

During winter sniffles and flu, I immediately grab this along with my other cold medications hence the duration of my colds shortens pretty much quickly. The higher the MGO the greater it is also for burns. I haven't tried that yet. Just for covid, fevers and flu. And when I feel that my colds and sore throat is coming back, I grab this quickly and it helps me a lot! No worries though even if it's expensive, one needs just a small dosage for it to work its wonders. 1 tsp/tbsp is enough to add to a teapot since the taste is strong as well.
