I highly recommend for poeple who love using nature gifts remedies !I found a study that has proven that this honey is the only sweet substance that dosn't feed the estomac germe but actually kills it !PS : Silver Sprays that i use are from 10 to 50 ppm, it depends on one's case.This two ones : manuka honey and silver sprays for me are something that should always be available for use at home, i use them also for my daughter, very useful and most natural.Please take just 1/4 teaspoon, it's highly concentrated!

Stopped my chronic cough within minutes. With severe allergy, congestion and lung issues, this has been a rough winter...until I googled manuka honey. One tsp twice a day has made an enormous difference. Already ordered a second jar even though I have plenty left. Goes a long way. Great for digestive issues as well.

I’ve only been using this for over one month and immune system I have not gotten sick I can only attribute it to using half a teaspoon of this honey everyday. Normally I get sneeze in every morning but it had stop now. I’m blown away by this honey. It Has a different flavor from other honeys I’ve used during my lifetime. I bought it for the health benefits, not for sweetening my tea so it isn’t a big deal for me. I just thought it was important to mention. I plan to consume a teaspoon a day to stay healthy this winter. Comes in a small attractive jar. Arrived in perfect condition on time. I do recommend it.
1. Long validity date. I ordered a couple of jars in September 2021, they are valid until 01.01.2024. My previous orders were similar in terms of expiry dates.2. I’ve been purchasing it regularly, the quality is consistent.3. The benefit. When my family members and I feel the first symptoms of the flu or coldness we take half teaspoon only before going to bed. Usually feel much better in the morning. After breakfast take half teaspoon again.If you feel really bad you may increase the dosage up to half tablespoon.I recommend MGO > 250.
It's not really not worth the price even on sale. It doesn't taste as nice as other honeys, the creamed texture isn't that pleasant, and I can't imagine the antibacterial properties being worth the price tag - it's probably just branding/hype. I might try lower UMFs or maybe just stick to regular honey that doesn't suffer from trend or exclusivity pricing. It also comes in a plastic bottle instead of glass so consider that when buying.

Bought to boost immunity, I hope this strength will work as it is well-reputed of Manuka honey. In these unstable times of COVID-19 plus its variants, we need to take every measure available to stay healthy, in addition to all the external measures and instructions we adhere to in order to restrict spreading dis-ease to everyone else. So I see that this high level of MGO rating as an inner coat of armour for the immune system.It tastes wonderfully floral, and is great in Yoghurt with fresh berries, or on buttered toast. Love it, but wish it could be less expensive!
