Disgusting. I had this “real honey” while over seas and it tastes nothing like this. You know when you put a cigarette in your mouth for the first time. That paper tobacco taste thats dry and bitter…. Thats what this nonsense tastes like. Its rotten and nasty and nothing in it is sweet or good.The worse honey i have ever taste in my life and this whole antibacterial property is highly questionable.

I love this and it's worth the price. The taste is good it is not that too sweet. I take it in the morning before breakfast (1 teaspoon). I also take it if I have an itchy throat and helps relieves my acid reflux at night.I like this because of 10+ UMF and MGO 263. It good for anti inflammatory and it is 0% in sodium and protein. Soon if I have extra cash I am planning to buy higher UMF but this time this works for me. I already bought 2 during the sale. I'll buy again once it is finished. Hope there is another sale.

I bought it for my mum. She had been complaining about her dry eyes ever since she did eye laser surgery two years ago. At first I read an article telling manuka honey can alleviate dry eyes problem and wanted to give it a try as she has been using different eye drops but not helping. She takes one spoon every time for about 2 weeks and never complains the dryness anymore. I will definitely buy it again.

I’ve been buying Manuka Health for years and I have always enjoyed the opportunity of buying 1kg jars so I was a little disappointed when I found out there is no 1kg jar for the 573+. Other than that I highly recommend this honey, I take one spoon a day and it’s great!
My Manuka honey arrived sooner than the estimated arrival, nicely packed and just as described. I absolutely love the honey. This is my second one so far and I’ve been using it 2-3 times a day. I have created a healthy habit for myself and I’ve also been using a tablespoon of the honey for my face 2-3 times a week. The outbreak of acne and blackheads on my face has reduced and my skin is extremely smooth. Highly recommend this website if you are looking for good quality Manuka honey.
Tastes wonderful in addition to everything else! I use topically to heal any wounds on my animals (saved me lots of $ on vet bills) and my person. Also with warm lemon water for sore throat and mucus relief. It is a great energy booster when I need one. This high quality brand is my favorite.
Did some research before finally decided to get this manuka honey. Taste is great, and i love to especially make hot lemon honey water to drink to end my days. Been taking this honey regularly to help build up immunity in this covid times. Will be back for more! Hope iherb will run discount for honey again.
