Marc Jacobs Perfect Intense Eau De Parfum (EDP) 50ml

Marc Jacobs "Perfect" is one of my all time favorite scents and I've used it for years. I get so many compliments any time I wear it! Its the perfect scent if you like fresh and floral but don't want anything too "sweet" smelling. It reminds me of a more mature Juicy Couture scent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because for a pricier scent, it doesnt last as long as I would hope it would after applying. If i'm going out for the night, the scent is usually gone once I get home. I do highly recommend this product for the smell and compliments i've received, but if you're going out for a long night, you may want to bring it with you to reapply after a few hours.

The opening to this is fruity and sweet, with a little tartness (I assume from the rhubarb). It smells very fresh, sweet, and green, like a playful late-spring day. When it dries down, it is still slightly tart and floral, but it turns a bit creamier and warm from the almond milk and cashmere. I do not personally pick up much of the cedar. It smells pretty unique to me. Longevity and projection are average. I think "bubbly and lovely" is a good way to describe this perfume. It's fun and light. While I only picked up the travel spray size, so I do not have the full bottle, I will say that I don't quite understand why they went with the lid design that they did. Absolutely love both the EDP and EDT Perfect. Personally the EDT is my regular go to perfume as it’s refreshing and youthful. Perfect for the summer and gives a mood of youthful yet subtle energy. The EDP version is more of a warm vanilla flavor and is absolutely feminine and comforting. Would be perfect in spring or winter weather where you hug your romantic partners. The scent last pretty long but fades into a light musky scent. The warm vanilla or floral scents will be really light by the end of the day. It’s a perfect youthful playful smell, great for young women in their early 20s. The packaging is whimsical and fun, definitely for playful ladies.

Marc Jacobs and SoPost sent me a free sample of the newest fragrance, Perfect. It’s a lightweight feminine scent with notes of rhubarb, daffodil, almond milk, and cashmeran. Normally I’m not a huge fan of warm floral perfumes, but this one is just so cozy and not at all overbearing. I also tend to get headaches with really heavy scents that center on musk, so I’m thrilled that this fragrance doesn’t have any musk in it at all! No headaches here! It also lasted for several hours on my wrist, albeit becoming just a tad lighter in saturation as the day wore on. Generic, boring, and unexciting...nothing new

Very dissapointed. With all the rave reviews online about this fragrance, i was expecting something a little more exciting. But its really just another typical, generic and quite frankly boring Marc Jacobs scent. The only thing really going for it is the odd but cute lid. Honestly how does this fashion house continue to put these blah blah blah fragrances out? They should be embarrassed...anyone loving this childish scent really needs to explore more and get out of this boring little naive rut. Sooooo much better frags out there.

Good value purchase

This is a gift purchase for my mum for christmas. I went into town and asked to try a sample of this scent. It was strong, but not over powering and the smell was beautiful. If you're a fan of strong scents like my mum and love marc jacobs, give this one a go! You will have people commenting how nice you smell, It may last a bit longer on with being a stronger scent......Im only guessing there though! I also highly recommend LOOK FANTASTIC....amazing prices, promotions and many ways to pay and spread the cost. Fast dispatch and delivery :)

Gorgeous scent, but very mediocre performance

I think this fragrance is stunning and unique with a very distinct nutty/almondy note. I love the scent itself, but ALAS, like most other fragrances today since the IFRA has royally ruined the perfume industry, the lasting power is not great. Getting very tired of spending good $ on a fragrance that one (including myself and others) cannot detect after a short time. The fragrance industry is trying to create a new group of consumers who will believe that fragrances are supposed to be this way, a "skin scent" is the new explanatory adjective. Its BS and just to cover for the fact that the industry has been regulated into a mere shadow of its former self, and when I say former I mean hundreds of years. Sorry for the rant, I really like this scent, but I would have been OBSESSED with it if you could still use the now banned ingredients that would have given it staying power and projection. Perfume NEVER RECEIVED

I ordered this perfume for my daughter for Christmas which I never received! I was told online chat to call the 1-800 %23 and they told me I would receive an email within 48 hours which I did and they told me they send a new one out! The email stated it was mailed and received 11/30/23 which I never received. I am not only out the product which wasn’t cheap but also my daughters Christmas gift and the money. Walmart shouldn’t represent companies that can’t make good on their products. I’ve been dealing with Walmart for years, and he never complained of not receiving an item until now! I am completely done with Walmart for telling me I would receive a new one, and in this economy who can afford to buy another gift. Such a shame with all the money Walmart makes! You can never go wrong with a Marc Jacobs perfume!

I’ve never had a bad experience with a Marc Jacob’s perfume, they smell great and the scent usually lasts all day, so I usually always can recommend their perfumes to anyone. So let me tell you, this perfume of course is no exception! Most Marc Jacob’s perfumes tend to have a floral/fruity/sweet scent which I love! But I’d say this one has a bit of a deeper scent, still sweet and floral but instead of fruity you get that woodsy scent. When first spraying this on you get that sweet daisy scent immediately which smells amazing, but while it sits on your skin about 10 to 15 minutes later the deeper almond and sandalwood scent starts to come more through while partnering greatly with that sweet daisy scent that was already present. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5 is that it’s not my favorite Marc Jacobs scent but it still smelled amazing and would definitely consider buying, and I can’t currently compare it to the original Marc Jacobs Perfect to see the differences. Overall very pleased with the perfume and would highly recommend!
