This amp roars through a quad for rhythm. Still working on the lead tone. A few more mids are required for my ears. Not surprising as the quad is loaded with G12T-75s. Will try a vintage 30 paired up with Classic Lead 80. I'm using an SD-1 into DD-2 in the front end. The amp came stock with Tung Sol 5881s, JJ preamp tubes.Beautifully built amp, and has that yummy new vinyl smell when heats up. The staff at Manny's are friendly and very helpful.All up a great experience so far.
