Brought 10 downlights & 14 bases- opened box and was one base short !Fitted downlights & has me was faulty- have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for replacement- TOTALLY unacceptable when I run a business & have to have my property’s delivered on time & complete.I’m very p#ssed off with the delay for the replacement light- frankly I didn’t not care for the excuses, light was faulty just replace it immediately. I have had to deliver this house with a 90mm hole in the ceiling where a downlight should be.

I purchased 25 of these following confirmation that they had screw connectors and could be hardwired. Arrived quick enough, but contrary to the advice, they actually have soldered connections to the plug lead. Suppose I could have returned them, but didn’t have time for the delay or hassle. Had to cut the plugs off and use connectors to do the installation.

Bought these LED down lights to replace the old ones that has stopped working. Have the selection switch for the light colour and brightness let’s you choose the best lighting for your room.I will definitely buy more of these lights when needed!

They look great, tho very bright (first time using LED lights) which is perfect for the bathroom, and i’m very happy with them. Would have liked a slightly softer light in the kitchen area, just personal preference, in hindsight I should have chosen a different light.

I saw this product and it fit the cut out dimensions I already have perfectly so I thought I’d try them out in one room. Purchasing through the website has always been very easy and simple, and the delivery was on time without any items missing or damaged. The product profile is much smaller than my existing lights so were a great step up and a snap to install. Highly recommend if you need good value quality down light replacements for 100mm cut out you have!
Great downlight, ordered 10 extremely happy you can choose the shade of white either warm or bright white.Delivery was excellent as I had a big order and everything turned up on time and without issue.

Of the 20 downlights there seems to be 2 which flicker. Have replaced with same and even the replacements flicker.Annoyed.
Beautiful design. I love that it has three options - daylight, cool white and warm white. The light blends into the ceiling so it looks very modern. I also appreciated the great service and prompt delivery from The Lighting Outlight.
