I have had this product for 67 months and it works well in my car, But it does need a separate Voltage sensing relay to be installed to disconnect the charger from the start battery.

I have had this product for 67 months and it works well in my car, But it does need a separate Voltage sensing relay to be installed to disconnect the charger from the start battery.
I have not yet installed product .. Have sent query to supplier & have no responcse.
The next morning after installing this dcdc charger my main starting battery was too flat to start my car. A dcdc charger should effectively charge your auxiliary battery when the car engine is running and then isolate itself from the main starting battery when the engine is off. I have only had this charger installed for a few days but my guess is it keeps draining the main battery after the engine has been turned off. I will be looking to get a refund if this is what the charger does. Tj
I’m having trouble after installing this product. It has power from the main battery but not at the output and screen just flashing
On my second one under warranty. Don’t bother spend the extra money and buy a redarc. Or even projecter anything but this heap of crap .
Bought this product about 4 months ago, worked just fine but completely died yesterday...I hope repco will refund me
I have had this in my vehicle for over three years I’m only getting it exchanged because I’m moving to lithium batteries and this does not do lithium. I’ve had absolutely no problems with this unit
