They did not send me a wrong size tyre, it is a 2.25 tyre on paper that really is 2.1 when measured. The knobs are ok, however the size descrepancy is not acceptable. I was looking to update my 2.25 Ardent tyre for the Rekon, which is advertized as grippier on corners and braking. Nonetheless, you cannot have a grippier tyre with smaller knobs and above all, being much narrower when it is supposed to be as wide.

Fast rolling and durable. Over rocky New England terrain this tire never had issues with flats or traction. Lighter and faster than my old rear tire, definitely recommend.

First ride I did on my new tires was at my local trails. These are pretty flat and fast with very few rocky technical areas. I have the Rekon on the rear which is fast and grippy when needed.

Best OE replacement part ever. Let me start off by saying that I have never had I bad experience with WTB tires. But the ones that came stock on my Salsa Timberjack were JUNK! So I upgraded to the Rekon, DUDE it's like night and day. I mean I hardly pedal anymore. They don't lose momentum, they just glide over everything.. I'm stoked!
These climb great, the problem is the down hill. They don't corner well and easily slide out.
I like these tires
Prefer these over the minions I had. I think they roll well, the traction is great and the slide is predictable.
Perfect set of tires rolls fast and grabs hard, trails tend to get swampy and these just do the job to get through the muck.
Tires are more durable than I have expected so far. They are lasting under trail and most impressively; the road. If this continues, I'll be shopping here again
