This is a great alternative to fresh veggies. Saves a lot of time and when cooked doesn’t taste bad at all. Because of our busy life we often resort to this and enjoy a quick meal without having to worry about selecting and cutting vegetables.

Great to have in the freezer to add to savoury dishes and slow cooker meals

I use these vegetables in stir-frys. A cheaper alternative than the 'so called' marketed stir-fry products.
