I’ve only recently started buying from Beauty Affairs and I have to say I’m really impressed, firstly by how quickly Aubrey (customer service rep) got back to me, but also how friendly she was/is. It’s nice to be spoken to in the same kind of language that I’d use if I was working in a store, or how I’d like to be spoken to if I was walking into a store - as opposed to the inauthentic ‘chat bot’ style or the very dry online customer service that I normally get elsewhere. I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Impressive results

I had never heard of this brand before but having read the product description I thought I would give it a try. I am a fan of eye gels or serums as a lot of creams are far too rich and heavy for this delicate area and probably do more damage than good.I have only used this product for a short while but impressed so far. I have extremely sensitive skin but have had no issues with this. It has a delicate silky texture providing an immediate lightening/brightening effect, skin felt hydrated, worked well as a base for makeup. Smooths the upper eyelids for eye shadow application. Plus it's packed with proven anti-aging ingredients and no nasties!

It's a lightweight emulsion that feels incredibly soft and smooth on the skin. I only need a tiny drop to cover my entire eye area and it instantly hydrates and soothes my skin. After using it for a few weeks, I've noticed a significant decrease in my dark circles and puffiness. It's a great product for anyone looking to reduce the appearance of dark circles and keep their eye area hydrated. Highly recommend!

Love it but can't say the results are super impressive

I did repurchase this eye cream as I love its lightweight texture and the fact that it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, and I believe that it's good to use peptides in my age. However I can't say the results are magical, I still have wrinkles and dark circles. Also mind that the cream is very lightweight and won't give enough hydration for really dry skin.

Softening the eye area

Medik8 eye lift peptide serum is a beautiful light serum. It glides on and it instantly feels refreshed. It also feels cooling which is ideal for menopausal skin. Medik8 eye serum makes the eye area so much softer and hydrated. Nice, easy use dispenser so no waste. Love the Medik8 brand.

This caused an allergic reaction

I have been using medik8 products for some years. I have used this product before and this was just a replacement as I had run out. After application my eyes felt tight within a few hours but the next day I woke up to significant swelling on my eyelids and puffy skin below my eye and either side of my nose. For 48 hours these areas remained tight and sore - I looked like I had black eyes! Now 3 days later my eyelids are no longer puffy - the swelling has reduced under my eyes but I have red areas with small white lumps either side of my nose/cheeks Have the ingredients been changed?

Visible Improvement over Time

I have been using the Medik8 Eyelift peptides for over a month and I can see a big improvement in the skin around my eyes. This is a very light yet super hydrating eye gel, it has a slight instant tightening effect but feels so light on the skin. It took a few weeks of use to notice any effects but now I can see my skin looks smoother, and feels so hydrated. The skin around my eyes is very delicate and thin it has not felt this smooth and plumped for a long time, overall my skin looks stronger, less tired and less crepey. I have only been using this gel in the morning as I use a stronger eye cream at night. I always use a dedicated eye cream, face creams are too much for my delicate eye area and I have tried many, this gel has improved my skin in a different way from any others but similar to how it looks straight after a smoothing eye mask except it lasts. If you are looking for a light textured eye cream this is well worth trying just give it time to work. I initially used this under my usual eye cream as I felt it was not enough for my very dehydrated eye area but now it has replaced my morning eye cream. It is also fine for my sensitive skin and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an effective eye gel.
