Worth the price! Gives my black car a shiny finish, removes lights scratches and swirls. This is less abrasive than a compound, less is more in terms of detailing, the less aggressive your product the more you can use it.Note: This polish can\u0027t remove medium to deep scratches, use the ultimate compound if you want to remove scratches. Use a foam applicator not a terry cloth or microfibre if you\u0027re applying this by hand.

The instructions on the back of the bottle warn the consumer 'DO NOT ALLOW PRODUCT TO DRY'. This warning should be taken very seriously.I'm using the product on the car in the garage out of the sun. The temp is only 13 degrees Celsius. The car is cold as it has been in the garage all night. And still the product dries in seconds.Best to HAND spread polish in a 10 cm square in 5 secs then rub off immediately. You will notice that some product will remain around the edges or where it may have been applied thinly. Got to go over these with product again then quickly buff. And repeat. And repeat till any of the residual polish is gone. Thus product may work well but is the hardest polish I've ever applied. Try something else.Do not recommend. And definitely do ... This is the first use of this product after I've used 3M EX Ultrafine Machine polish. I just wanted to test to see if it works for the amateurs amongst us. It does a great job with a PC orbital and 6" black Chemical Guys hex pad. It took a bit longer than the 3M to get the same results. Maybe due to it being a little less aggressive the longer you use it? I also like the Meguiar's Ultra Finishing Polish 205. Seems like a good option for cars with less severe swirl marks. AutoZone had a sale so it was very inexpensive.

It was my first time using this product. I used it as recommended for paintwork that may have been neglected, with the Maguiar's Clay detailing, compound & wax. As I worked I could definitely see the difference between the panels that I had used the polish on compared to those not yet done. Very happy with the finish, definitely recommend including this product.
this polish is good if your car is somewhat within 5 years old. if you have clear coat stains that are very chalky and white you will need to use a rubbing compound first before applying the Polish. but overall the Polish does bring out a shine once it's prepped right. After the Polish you can go ahead and throw a wax on it for a little more protection.
l purchased this polish to use after l had used Meguiar's Ultimate compound which worked well. This polish was really hard to use l have a dual action polisher and that worked well with the compound but when using it for the polish it dried out too quickly and was a complete pain in the rear end.l have watched the you tube vids and this worked nothing like what it did for them.l tried using it on smaller sections about 50cm squared but it still dried out after 2 passes.l then tried it by hand and it didn't make any difference. All of this was done inside my garage so it was not in the direct hot sunAfter trying my machine on different speeds and with more polish on the pad and sometimes less nothing worked so l gave up.Thankfully l had some Turtle ... After achieving a mirror-like shine from a preceding application of Miguiars Ultimate Compound, I was eagerly anticipating the final super polishing effect that their Ultimate polish would give. Instead, this product clouded up the surface and actually greatly decreased the previously achieved shine while leaving patches of thick gooey product all over the surface. Whether using a hand-held polishing pad or a random orbital electric auto polisher, the product clumped up and these clumps became near impossible to remove. it literally took hours or polishing to remove this disaster and get the surface back to a normal surface, but still less shiny than what I started with after using their Ultimate Compound. I would definitely would not recommend this product to anyone.
This product gives an ok shine and reduces small scratches quite well but it is difficultto use and very difficult to get off. If you miss a bit during removal it dries rock hard andis extremely difficult to get rid of. I examined my car from multiple angles after usingthis product and could see no residual. Then after a couple of days there are marks allover the car from residual polish. I'm going to have to consult a detailer to see how andif the damage can be fixed. I'll be avoiding all Meguiar's products after this experience.
