These are so comfortable! They are the perfect shoes for little old ladies who walk in rain, sleet, snow, mud. I wide feet and they actually fit my wide, wide Dixie Highway feet. Yes, I enjoy the squeak of the soles as I walk across some surfaces. That assures me that I can go on trucking right through 75 into . . . The blue color has a teal shade to it. That bothered me until friends kept complimenting the color.

X Hierro v8- I usually haven’t had trouble with blisters, but I did get a blister near my ankle. I felt like the tongue of the shoe was too thick. It rubbed. Also I kept rolling my ankle. I don’t know if they’re fresh foam was too high for me. I may need a little practice. I’m glad I didn’t run my race in these shoes. I’m gonna continue to wear them and get used to them. Wish me luck overall great material wonderfully made.

Just what I was look for, light and comfortable on the dirt trails
I've owned the last 3 Hierros made in both regular and Gore-Tex versions. These are by far the best version. I also own Gore-Tex shoes from just about every brand. These are my favorite by far. I need more colors of these to release ASAP. I've been looking daily since this all black dropped for more colors. Please release more soon New Balance!
Hard as a rock.. compared to the 1080 v13.I really like the 1080 v13 for city walking and travel as they are soooo comfortable, when i saw these i so wanted a waterproof version of the 1080v 13 (fresh foam x) for those rainy days, if you've ever taken the 1080 v13 in the rain you know they wet through super quickly as the upper is basically mesh.However, sadly very disappointing.. these are hard as a rock (almost) vs the 1080 v13 and i found them quite uncomfortable at the same size and with a wide fit.
