I bought my 1st pair of Merrell hiking shoes about ten yrs ago @ they have been great. I decided it was time for another pair. Just got back from hiking in Utah & they were great from the first time I put them on. They look good & the quality is consistent. I normally wear size 6, but I always go up 1/2 for hiking & tennis shoes. I like enough room for thicker hiking socks.

I stopped wearing Merrells when they discontinued the original and best Moab Ventilator. Merrells are typically not for wide feet, but the Moab was perfect. On a whim, i tried them on in a shoe store and miraculously, they fit perfectly. I have had these for a few weeks and am so happy with the immediate -no-break-in fit. They are great for trail or sidewalk, surprisingly lightweight but sturdy, perfect for a wide fit and true to size. Planning to get a second pair before they disappear.

I've worn these shoes for a 6 mile hike in a Texas National Forest and several 2-3 mile walks on a paved walking path in an urban park. My feet don't hurt!These fit a little smaller than usual. I normally wear a size 7.5. I compared the 7.5 and 8 at the store, and found that the smaller one rubbed the edge of my pinky toes. The 8's are great!
I purchased the boots and expected to wait a few days for delivery. The turnaround was much faster, which let me get onto the trail in great comfort and stability. Purchasing Merrell boots from Moosejaw was an excellent and reliable experience. Highly recommended! And...the price was exceptional.
I bought these boots about a month ago and I have really enjoyed them. I do have to admit that I have not yet tried them for actual hiking, though. They are true to size - I wear a size 8 and have a bit of a wide foot so I usually purchase a half size larger. The reviews on this shoe led me to order my size and it fits very well. Also, with my plantar fasciitis, I find these shoes not only comfortable but supportive as well. I have not had to replace the inner lining with a higher arch lining. I have used these for walking and also for work where the floor is cement. I highly recommend these and look forward to doing actual hiking later this spring and summer!
I bought this boots about a month ago, and have been wearing them pretty much daily; zero break in time, and they feel great. Nice traction and excellent support. I had a knee replacement a year ago, so I have that issue, and recently, due to chemo, have neuropathy in my feet and toes. All shoes, slippers, flip flops were killing me.These boots, thankfully, give my feet support and cushion, and are just what I needed! Have been wearing Merrells for years; can't say enough good about them. Awesome product!!

I love Merrell Boots and needed to replace my worn out Moab II Mids and thought I'd try something a bit different. Big regret. Although nice looking boots in a beautiful color mix (Storm), they were very uncomfortable to my high arches. Even removing the insole insert didn't help. Only wore them on two short walks and was done with them, went ahead and replaced with new Moab II Mids which are perfect (no arch issues).
I bought these for Christmas for my sister who lives out of state. I had them shipped to her as a surprise because she couldn’t come home due to Covid. Her response was as follows; “ Holy crap! You did not have to do that! They are perfect! They are so nice and fit perfectly! I love them!!!! I’m going to wear them all the time!!!!
