Metabo 18V 36cm Lawn Mower Skin Only

Only used it once so far but it's still March. The mower performed brilliantly for the first cut after the winter. I was anxious about the power it would have in long grass needless to say it had no problems with any of the clumps it came across. Definitely recommend.

I am very pleasantly surprised how well this small mower cuts my grass. The ease in which it moves means I can continue mowing in older age.

I purchased this lawnmower because I already had Metabo batteries for my power tools. This particular model is the smaller of the two available but is ideal for my garden and takes up less space. It folds down to make storage easier. Very easy to set the height of the grass cut, quiet in use and easy to clean, with no nooks and crannies to trap grass cuttings. Also, no wire to get in the way. You can also use it in places where no electricity is available ie allotments etc. I am fairly certain that charging two batteries uses a lot less electricity than a hovver mower which is over 1000W and is using power to keep it off the ground. Electricity is getting expensive nowadays so it's something to bear in mind.
