A medical event occurred which left me with daily headaches that often lasted throughout the entire day. Nothing physical was ever found to be the cause and maybe I'd just have to live with them. I did not want to take prescription or OTC drugs, but those headaches were weary some and sucking the joy out of life. I like glass packaging so much. Taste and size are ok.My dietician prescribed this product to benefit my sleep because of the quality of the ingredients. But after using a product we found out that magnesium doesn't work for me as it should because of my hormones. So I had better sleep without using this product. My dietician said that reaction to magnesium like mine is really rare and only one of her other patients had the same response to the product.

One of my doctors recommended this product years ago and I’ve been using it ever since. I used to purchase it locally from a health store. I am so delighted that it is being carried here and can order it directly I am disappointed that the promotional discounts have not been eligible or applied to this product and hope that will change in the future. I take it at night and it definitely helps me sleep and I’ve been reading more studies about the importance of supplementing with magnesium. I highly recommend this product.
I've been having anxiety issues and my doctor recommended I took this mineral supplement to strengthen my muscles. It's only been a couple of weeks and I already feel the magnesium working! My sleep has also improved a lot! I'm really satisfied. One detail to take into consideration is that the pill's size is quite big so it's a challenge to swallow it.
Sadly this is another magnesium product that cannot be tolerated by kids. My 8 year old can take big capsules. But this tablet is huge and dry. She is not willing to take it anymore. It sticks in her mouth and even though I snapped it in half, it was too big for her to manage. Plus then, had corners and edges that weren't smooth. I don't know why it is so hard for these manufacturers to make a kid friendly magnesium bisglycinate product. Seems to be harder than sending someone to the moon.
