I've had a few of the Metagenics products after being recommended to them by a naturopathic doctor. Magnesium was to help with my muscle and joint pain since I have a herniated disk and was at the time transitioning off prescription pain killers. These products really helped. I know really understand the importance of proper vitamin levels to have the body functioning at its best! Therefore, more energy and less pain. Metagenics is pricey though, depends what is important to you to justify its worth.

Good suppliment

When KAL changed their Magnesium Glycinate formula/pill type/strength, we have been searching for a replacement since their "new" KAL MG did not render the results we came to expect. This Metagenics replacement is lower in strength but easy on the digestive system, easy to take, easy to split (if desired) and it seems to have the desired cardiovascular and digestive properties we want. Good packaging and shipping.

Great night's sleep & leg cramps!

I have a very hard time absorbing vitamins and minerals but with Mag Glycinate by Metagenics there's no problem. I suffer from auto-immune disease of the thyroid (Hashimoto's thyroiditis) and when the disease flares up, I get random muscle twitching and have trouble with insomnia. Since taking this product my sleep quality has improved dramatically and the muscle twitching has stopped. You of course need to stay hydrated but taking this product on top of that has helped me a great deal. I highly recommend it!

Great product, exceptional service

I take magnesium glycinate to help me get a good night’s rest. As you age, melatonin decreases and it gets harder and harder to get to sleep and stay asleep. So, I take two of these about 30 minutes before I go to bed. This is my first time using this brand and it works well. This is my first time purchasing from this company, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the product came. I will be purchasing again when it is time to reup. Hope this review helps.

I sleep longer and more peacefully.

I suffer anxiety and panic attacks and these have been helped tremendously with mag-glycinate. I am more calm and less exhausted after an anxious day. These also help me to sleep, which may indirectly affect my anxiety. I fall asleep faster, wake up less throughout the night, and feel more rested. I also dream again, which stopped for years prior to using this.

Nice Magnesium Supplement

This mineral serves so many functions in the body. Muscle relaxation, sleep, mood and bone health are just a few things affected by it. The pills are a little large but very easy to swallow. I take it at bedtime.

No more muscle spasms!

I started taking this brand about two years ago after suffering from bad muscle spasms in my legs and feet whenever I tried to do a good stretch.Magnesium was recommended to me by a doctor, but I found that when I tried magnesium citrate formulas they gave me loose stools, and didn't significantly solve my leg/foot cramps. Then I heard that magnesium glycinate wouldn't affect me that way.I decided to try Metagenics brand because I knew they make high quality formulas, and found that my body absorbed it very well without any side-effects.I usually take two per day, and if I forget for a day or two, my body reminds me of how important it is to me. It's pricey, but it works great, so to me it's worth it. I wouldn't be without it!
