Well I understand that this is basically a step up from a Chromebook as far as the surface products go, I expected for the price a few more features and was particularly surprised with how bad the camera is. I do a lot of virtual meetings and if I had read the reviews more closely I would have known befor purchasing. However, there's really no reason to have such a low quality camera in a laptop these days. I found the touch screen was not as responsive as the higher-end models and decided I needed the backlit keyboard so I returned it and upgraded.

It doesnt worth the money
They sent me looking note book with the wrong cord charger. I can not charge my notebook.
You disable the brightness not worth the money
I love this laptop, the shipping was fast and I received it earlier than expected. I needed a new laptop for school because my old one wasn’t compatible when I say it’s perfect for everything. Also it’s touchscreen which I didn’t know until I ordered it. The design is cute and it’s not too big or too small. Will purchase again if I have to.
Love the color and feel of the laptop. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the screen backlight on the bottom of the screen. I called Microsoft and was told it was a hardware issue. Returned it to Office Depot. I still have high expectations for this laptop and will repurchase it.
I liked the shopping experience, I didn’t have any challenges on my package and it was delivered on time also on good condition.
