Mike's Hot Honey, Infused With Chilies, 12 oz (340 g)

For someone who isn’t a huge fan of a lot of spice, the heat level is definitely on the lower end. Just a slight tingle but nothing more than that. The flavor of this is like honey meets cayenne pepper if I had to describe it. I also really the like the packaging on this, it immediately caught my roommates eye (who LOVES honey btw) and was instantly intrigued. She also agrees this stuff has the perfect mix of sweet and heat to add to just about anything. I’ve so far tried this on my Reuben sandwich and on fried chicken and both were awesome! I want to try this in a margarita next since I love spicy margaritas! I also usually add honey to my cornbread, and this would be a great substitute to try out.

This is now my new addiction anytime I have fried chicken or pizza. It compliments them so well. The flavor is so amazing and it's not like spicy it has like a little kick. If your looking for something with a ton of heat this most likely is not for you. You can always add pepper flakes or other thing to enhance it that's what I do every now and then with my Pizza. The honey is amazing you should give it a try if you haven't already.

Mike's hot honey is so tasty. I first tried just a teaspoon full. We decided chicken wings would be our next go to and they were do goood! Definitely recommend. I also made a honey cornbread that was to die for. It is a perfect balance of sweet and heat. Definitely get yourself some. You wont be disappointed! I cant wait to try it with more! I really liked this. It has a perfect blend of spicy peppers and honey. You don't even need to use a lot. I used a little drizzle on some pizza and it was delicious. Its not very hot either so it's great on days when you want just a little kick. And the bottle it comes in is sooo cute and small.

Love it! But pricey

I really enjoy this honey! It surprisingly has quite a nice kick to it, I thought the spice was going to be much more subtle than it actually is. You don't even need much to taste the heat. Lately I've been loving some of this drizzled on top of toast with cream cheese or ricotta. Such a nice combo of flavours. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because I feel like the price is kinda high for the amount you get.

First, not all of the honey used to make MHH is from the United States. Read the label. Second, the spice flavor/chile is not my favorite-I think a lot of people enjoy that harsh, almost chemically spicy, flavor it leaves …and lingers… on the tongue - but not me. And to be fair to this product I tried it on MULTIPLE types of food - sorry, but I think the hype is artificial and this food fad will fade….

Don’t believe the reviews that say this isn’t hot or has a kick. It does. Its spicy. I love spicy but this is almost too much. It also has a weird aftertaste and almost chemical. The pepper they chose to infuse this with isn’t good. I found a recipe and will make it and return this. Its too expensive for the taste.

Has a quick front of tongue spice, but quickly leaves. This honey is Fabulous on everything !! Chicken wings, air fryer shrimp, roasted vegetables as a dipping sauce. I’ve almost emptied my first bottle, but buying a couple before they’re gone.

This stuff is AMAZING. The sweet and spicy go beautifully together. Don't let the price fool you though. It is not cheap but a little goes a long way. This is undoubtedly spicy. Trust me, start with a little bit, taste and then add more IF you need it. I mixed it with white rice and rotisserie chicken breast meat. So good and I can't wait to find other meals to add this to.

Worst spicy honey I've ever had.

IDK what kind of money "Mike" has to be pushing this in stores so hard but I've had several brands of hot honey and this is by far the worst. It's absolutely awful. Its like if you took the taste of regular honey and diluted it with water, ruining the flavor and the consistency (how is the consistency so weird/bad? it's honey!) and then added a TON of completely FLAVORLESS spice. Spice isn't supposed to just be HOT it's supposed to have FLAVOR. And this doesn't. Absolutely awful, literally any other brand of spicy honey is better than this. Do not buy.
