This is a great fan for working on the job site. It doesn't use much electricity so it last a really long time on a charge. I took out a battery from my light that was flashing that the battery was dead and need to be replaced and I swapped it to the fan. The fan ran on High speed for another 2-3 hours before the battery was out.

We love this little fan! We took it to the beach for our little grandson to stay cool on the beach. It works great and the battery lasted the whole time we were out, which was most of the day! The air blows out really fast or slow determined by the speed you set it on. We will be taking it again on our next trip with him.

Love this handy little variable speed cordless fan! Nice small size, sturdy, and easy to move anywhere needed in the house, the garage, and outside. Fan is quiet and battery lasts a long time. Includes an option to plug it in, but haven't needed to because the battery lasts so long. Highly recommended!

This fan exceeds my expectations. The volume of air this thing pushes is amazing and is more powerful than large fans in my home. The efficiency is another amazing feature. I have used it for many hours on a 6ah battery and still have 3 bars left. Well done Milwaukee. The only problem with the fan, is keeping it away from my wife. She likes it as well when she’s doing chores. ?
I don't usually write reviews but this one deserves it. All the 5 star reviews are correct. A HUGE improvement from the prior M18 fan, which was great at the time. Side by side, the dims are about the same except for about 2" deeper to accommodate the packout base. Very quite for the large amount of air movement. Same price as the prior M18 fan on HD website, a no brainier!
It blows hard on high speed. I was skeptical on whether to buy or not. Glad I did. I did a test and ran it on full blast on a fully charged 5.0 battery. It lasted just over 3 hours just like the website said. So over 20 hours on med to low speed I imagine. I am impressed. It is def worth the $100.If you have not seen these fans in person they are a bit larger than I thought. I never saw one before I bought this one. It’s not “bulky” or too big. Just bigger than I expected.
Was happy to get this the morning before I had a long and hot job. It REALLY does move the air BUT the size (diameter) of the "move" is a bit narrower than the old M18 as they needed it to conform to the packout width template so it could fit on your stack. Better battery life than the old model and better balanced too if you need to set in on a surface thats not level. The variable speed control is nice too.Overall, a win.
I had the honor to pick up this amazing tool from my local Home Depot store today and so far I’m in love with the design, performance, and versatility. The adaptability to the pack out systems, integrated AC port, and variable speed brushless motor are ideal for most industries while working in the fields during the hot summers. The head rotation is also very smooth and adapts to different angles. The cfm and speed are much better than the m18 first generation.
I paid full price for this fan (129.99) and wasn’t paid or given an incentive for this review. I’m so impressed by how much air this fan makes. It’s pretty amazing. I tried a Craftsman and a Dewalt fan which are 18 an 20v. This fan performs much better in my opinion. I own Dewalt and Milwaukee battery tools so I’m not bias. It’s just better.
Just got it...so will last over the long haul? I hope so because I'm loving it so far and it appears to be well made. I can only hope it's of the same quality as my other M12 and M18 tools. I have owned the old model M18 fan for many years and it still works great. I hope this model holds up as well as my old model fan. The added CFM's is welcome as is the extension cord plug.
