Started using Mobile 1 in a new 2005 CRV at the first oil change. Changed the oil and filter ever year. Sometimes with 8K on the oil. Sometimes 12K.I did the 100K plug change and checked the valve lash. The plugs could probably last 200K. What was very impressive was the valve lash was within 0.001 of being in tolerance. The cam chain guides had no wear and timing chain marks were dead on.The inside of the valve cover was clean and looked new other then some slight yellow heat stains.Beyond belief. Been doing all my own work since the 60s. I know what is impressive.

Folks...there is a reason why corvettes require this to maintain warranty. I have used Mobile One for the last 20 years. RECENTLY, I had a 2.0 L turbo buick regal. I never had any issues with it and sold it with 190,000 miles. The yound man I sold it to is still driving it 2 years later. I use it in my trucks, my two sports cars (Dodge Hemi 5.7 and Chevrolet Camaro), my lawn mowers and have not had one single engine problem or issue. I would call that an unparalleled success. Thanks to the Chemists and other folks who have put such an awesome product on the market!

The one important piece of advance I was given, once you start using synthetic, don't switch back and forth. Back in 1987, we had an incredible cold arctic blast: nights were down to -35, days never got above 10 for 5 days. My Acura Integra was parked outdoors at a car port. Turning over the engine in the morning it just strained to start, you could hear each cylinder trying to turn over. This was when I switch to MobilOne. When it was bitterly cold, the engine always turned over like a nice summer day. This told me MobilOne had to be good. I also started tracking my gas mileage to see if the cost was worth it; my mileage increased by about 2 miles per gallon. Over the course of 6,000 miles per oil change, I figured I was breaking even between the oil cost and money ... MoreThe one important piece of advance I was given, once you start using synthetic, don't switch back and forth. There is reason NASCAR has used synthetic for decades, and if it is good enough for them, it is for my car in hot and cold. And, I've been faithful on Subaru Outbacks and Volvos over the years, and have never had a cylinder/valve/crankshaft engine issue, never.

Best Engine Oil------PERIOD!!
11 October 2023

I have used Mobil 1 for years in several different cars with excellent results in all of them. Not only does it reduce wear and keep your engine running at peak performance, but I have found that it increases your fuel economy, especially this variety. How would I know it improves fuel economy over other brands if it's all I use? I was a used car dealer for several years and drove several cars before I changed the oil. The Mobil 1 oil consistantly gave better MPGs, not drastically better but better. I currently drive a 2022 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid. At 19,000+ miles(2nd oil change at 15,000 miles) I have averaged 43.9 MPG for the last 4000+miles. Go with the BEST!!

Excellent oil as expected from Mobil 1
25 February 2018

I've been using Mobil 1 0W-20 AFE oil in my 2016 Honda Accord, direct injected 2.4L since 6200 miles. First oil change after engine break in, OE oil came out and Mobil 1 AFE 0W-20 went in. After 6000 miles of service using Mobil 1 AFE, the oil level dropped about a quarter of a quart as expected. The OE oil evaporated over 6,000 miles as well and is normal for anyone concerned. I check the oil at every fill up at the gas station and keep the oil in the trunk. I live in a dry, very hot, dusty climate and a lot of stop & go traffic. Under my current environmental conditions, it doesn't make sense to purchase a higher end Mobil oil and risk leaving the oil in for a year or when the oil life monitor says to change the oil. 5 to 6 thousand miles or every 6 months between ... MoreI've been using Mobil 1 0W-20 AFE oil in my 2016 Honda Accord, direct injected 2.4L since 6200 miles. Under my current environmental conditions, it doesn't make sense to purchase a higher end Mobil oil and risk leaving the oil in for a year or when the oil life monitor says to change the oil. 5 to 6 thousand miles or every 6 months between oil changes in Phoenix is cheap insurance. I change it for peace of mind and ensure proper care of my engine. This oil has excellent flow at low temperatures and when you start your car after sitting overnight. Engine is very quiet and smooth when first started. Quick flow is what prevents wear during starts and Mobil has it figured out with this oil. MRV viscosity @ -40 degrees Celcious for this oil is 9200, never seen a spec like that. Most other brands usually only list specs down to -35. A lot starts happening that is important at these extreme low temperatures and there is a big difference in oil performance between -35 and -40 celcious. Hard to beat the specs of Mobil 1 AFE. Great product, readily available, competitively priced and just as good if not better in my opinion over OE oil. Mobil 1 always seems to perform with high end products, highly recommend!

Impressive
3 August 2023

Always used Mobil 1 in all my vehicles. Recently removed intake from my 3.5L Toyota to access rear sparkplugs which gave me a limited view of the engines' internals. The inside of the motor was SPOTLESS with 160000 miles on it. 5000 mile oil changes Mobil 1 could not leave this engine any cleaner. No visible signs of wear and never any oil consumption. I remain impressed.

Mobil 1 Synthetic goes into all of my vehicles.
27 September 2023

I use Mobil in all of my vehicles, been using Mobil full synthetic for about 14 years in one of my vehicles and haven't ever had a problem. I use several different weights depending on what vehicle, my oldest vehicle is from 1986 and the top end is clean with zero sludge. I change my oil at 5K even if the manufacturer recommends 10K intervals, oil claims to last that long but it's my personal preference to not take any chances on the life blood of my engines just to save a few bucks a year.

Best oil to use for my SUV and I needed to buy an extra quart since I needed a quarter more oil with my oil change. Auto Zone made it easy to purchase what I needed. Best thing you should know, Mobile makes the oil for my auto brand so buy with confidence. '14 Toyota Venza 3.5 V6

Now the lifters are making some noice i’ve tried lots of oil .The Mobile 1 oil really last longer and quits the car in seconds after adding a quart . You can’t go wrong with mobile one oil .

This oil works well. My mechanic recommends this oil.Comment about your salesperson Stephen: he needs some training on his attitude. He is too serious, abrupt, not friendly but jumpy and he never smiles. He seems competent but he is not a people's person. Some training can most likely remedy this shortcoming.
