After riding in the car for an hour, then Dr appointment and by the time I get to store to shop they have leaked. Disappointed in the quality. Long time user of this brand, but here lately the quality is deteriorating.

These diapers are the best out of 4 different brands I have tried for my mother in law. They are Shaped to fit the human body with an Hour Glass cut to fit comfortably between the legs and elastic "Cuffs" to prevent leaks. They are extra absorbent without any extra bulk. The Best Part is how they fasten with one big elastic fabric covered strap and a wide Velcro tab that comes from the Back of the diaper to the Front for easier attachment and adjustment. Not Front to Back with 4 small Velcro tabs like some other diapers.

Theses are a weird design. Long single Velcro strap is fantastic but there is no front side frills to attach too or prevent adhesive from sticking to skin. Very absorbent, which is shocking considering the design and cuffs looked like it would leak but surprise it did not. Ordered a small in this size since mid was out, Very true to it's spec's, most smalls are too small for my 31" waist but these fit. Straps keep a strong grip and allow adjustability. Be carful too not overtighten the straps. the back strap stitching tore away which was unexpected . This may be operator error or a fluke, but I cannot be sure. I would give this a higher rating but the back stitching for a strap tore away.
These are the best overnight brief that I have used for my son in a long long time. They are easy on and off by the type of soft stretchy tabs, super absorbent and it doesn’t break down as it absorbs like so many others that end up keeping the person wet as the brief falls apart. The brief is hypoallergenic and keeps person dry.Is not bulky even though it absorbs a lot and it doesn’t necessarily make the person look like they wear a diaper.The only reason why it’s not 5 starts is because I wish it was more cost effective or that each pack had more diapers.
I never thought I would need a diaper at my age but a 3 and a bit month stint in hospital has left one or two issues I a still battling - incontinence being one of them! Of all the diapers I have tried I have found Molicare elastic the best. Easy to put on myself and then forget about. My body stays dry, the diaper says absorbent and the night passes comfortably! Thank you!

The single tab on each side took some getting used too but held up even after several wettings.good fast absorbency, but no real difference between might take another wetting and wee is pouring out the sides.When they were soaked they also were liable to twist as you took them off which could mean dumping contents down side of legs if you soiled them.I think some of that is when your used to 4 tabs how you take off used pad might need rethinking for 2 tab design. I know several times I couldn't find tabs as they were in different place than I've got used too in over 15 years of continence issuesstretchy sides meant they were more comfortable to wear than usual design I use and big advantage is over time you can't get tape digging ... MoreI kinda liked these at first. These slips use an elastic waistband to secure them. They can be fiddly to fit (on myself) and the elastic sides seem far too long as the tabs meet in the middle at the front. However, if I can get a good fit they are comfortable and absorbent, if a little bulky between the legs.
These fit perfectly, are robust and effective, and really comfortable. What more could one ask for? Leaves the competition looking wet and so last century.
This product is a s close to a baby style diaper in fit as you can get in my opinion, incredibly comfortable and incredibly discreet. Moves excellent with your body, tho it like other stretch briefs has a very large range per each size, if you get a size that fits tighter it can start to pull the sides off the rear part, I'd say that's the only setback I've had so Definitely don't cut it too close if you're on the bigger side of the size range but definitely not a deal breaker. Holds an impressive amount as well considering how thin they are as well. A great option for majority daytime wearing. Highly recommend for someone active or with sensitive hips because again they are incredibly comfortable and soft.
