I bought this with a Sparks offer so it was even better value than usual. It is a lovely woody scent with a beautiful drydown. It wears close to the skin. Definitely a unisex fragrance. If you love gourmand or sweet fragrances then this isn't for you. It smells better and better the longer it is on your skin. Once you get past the initial first blast of the fragrance, you realise what a beauty it is. A very generous bottle for the price. Everyone asks what I am wearing when I have it on.

I read the ratings for this perfume and nearly all said it was very long lasting.Not on me unfortunately. It may be to do with my body chemistry but after initial burst of gorgeous scent it faded away quietly within the hour. I was very disappointed as I loved the aroma.

Mono-dimensional. No opening and no base notes to complete the perfume. Just something that it comes across as a bitter smell and not particularly nice.
Bought this and the patchouli pour homme.On the skin neither last or leave a trace of any scent!If sprayed on clothes or hair it is better but really does lack any depth or after scent.Lasts an hour or so and had no comment upon wearing it as people can't smell it.It's more a body spray than a perfume.Very disappointed as it smelt lovely when sprayed in store and lasted a long time.Very puzzling and quite frankly a waste of money.
This smell is not Oud through out. First smell you get is a hint of Oud then you get this talcum powder smell. Ingredients wise don't see any oud. This smell like YSL kudos a elderly gentlemen's perfume. It Last a day I would say not longer then that then fades away.
Well on the reviews I ran out and bought a bottle. To be blunt if you want to smell like a Grandad then fine but I don't. It's a mans smell no doubt about that so why women are wearing it is beyond me. If I put this on I guarantee my husband would think I'm having an affair with a MUCH older man. The mixture is dated and if that's what you love then ok. All I can say is it's a clean smell but I would rather wear BRUT if I had the choice.I don't want the choice I hasten to add. Women steer clear of this one because you smell like a man!!!!!! An old man!!!
Reviews that I read about this perfume said it had a wonderful warm Woody floral smell nd lasted 12 hours. Well, it might smell Woody and floral but I’d probably have to use the whole bottle in one go to find out! As for 12 hour - more like 12 minutes! Poor product!

Tremendous product not usually found in-store and often difficult to locate online. If you search for Black Oud, the search engine denies all knowledge. Wonderful perfume, like Tom Ford but much less expensive. Glorious Middle Eastern fragrance.,
