Monster Jam 1:10 Radio Control El Toro Loco

This truck is so much fun! It comes complete with batteries for the controller & a USB cable to recharge the truck. My son can't stop playing with it. It’s a monster truck which is a special win in our house, given my son is obsessed with monster trucks right now. It has a controller that makes it even more fun. The quality is great as is the detailing. The truck rolls everywhere inside and outside. Over any obstacle. With heavy use the first weekend the truck still looks brand new. The size is perfect. Overall, it’s a great truck and the representation of El Toro Loco is awesome. My son plays with it every day now. Highly recommend it!

I have 2 boys (and 1 grown one!) who love fast cars and trucks and anything else that they could possibly get their hands on to race and or destroy. My oldest is the only one in the family who has actually gone to a Monster Jam event when he was younger but this was still kind of cool for him even though he is a teen now.We were so surprised to receive this package on the porch and even more so when it was opened. The controller was small enough so it would fit in his little hands with no problem at all. I also like you charge the truck up rather than needing batteries but I would like that option if I don’t feel like waiting awhile to charge it.The only thing I should note as a small complaint is that the box says you can turn it into a ramp. For us it just didn’t do that very well and I feel if they really wanted a ramp they could get creative and make their own. It’s not a deal breaker since you’re not buying the truck so you can turn the box into a ramp.Overall this was a fun toy truck for all who played with it. It does take awhile to charge but seems to hold the charge for a good amount of time. No one was disappointed with it other than having to wait their turn and sometimes it’s “scary” for the little one. Once he gets on the couch and feels up to it then he will play with it on occasion. You can play with it outside but not as smoothly as you can inside and don’t expect it to do amazing stunts or anything too difficult. I’m thinking with nice weather approaching for us in Texas that we will be spending more time outdoors and will get that open space we need for everyone to enjoy the truck even more. I could see myself purchasing this for a little one who has requested it as a present and even possibly purchasing the Grave Digger r.c. truck as well if anyone in my family wants it.

My son loves his El Toro Loco Monster Truck! He thinks its the best thing ever! He plays with it all the time. Its so easy to control, so easy to charge and all the instructions are easy to understand and follow. We have bought several monster trucks in the past but they neber work very long or they are very cheap. We love this one because it's been perfect. It's very well made and can take just about anything. My son takes it everywhere. He's had several people compliment it and so many people love it. We have recommendes it to friends and family. We plan on buying several more.

A huge scale (1:10) monster RC car that is replicated is every way. With movable horns you can make El Toro Loco look at fierce as you want. With this crazy realistic sounds, it is just like a real running monster truck. Large styrofoam tires with a rubber grip track in the middle makes climbing and maneuvering a breeze.What a bruiser!! All the kids wanted a shot at this bad boy. The biggest of them bunch and looking the meanest. The kids enjoyed moving the horns back and forth and chasing the other cars around. It makes all those cool monster truck noises including the low rumbling idle when it's not in motion. It easily ran over some of the other RC cars at the party. Big Boy of Monster Trucks

This RC Car is big, like bigger than most RC cars which made it the first one my kids ran to. My kids loved the actual truck sound it makes when you turn it on. It has big foam tires which make it super easy on a smooth surface but does fine still on a rocky surface. It climbed trash can lids, flare lights, bubble wrap and toys just fine. Its a bit on the pricey side but you get lots of hours of fun. Plus its rechargable which doesn't waste money on too many batteries. The charge cord is actually connected to the car in an underneath compartment of the truck. The remote still requires battery though. Definitely a fun toy though.

Purchased two and neither worked correctly

While this looks nice, it is a piece of crap. We purchased this for our child for Christma, and it didn't work right from the start. So, we exchanged it for another, and the second one didn't work either. The first truck wouldn't consistently go forward or reverse, and the second truck developed a hum and the front tires shook left to right at rest. We got about 2 hours of play combined between the two units, and now we are going to return the second one.I will say that walmart customer service was great. No problems with them or the stores. The product itself is just subpar.

Real Monster Truck Feeling, Just a Bit Smaller

Super fun RC car. The sound effects that play as you are driving the car are awesome! It definitely helps bring that feeling of driving around an actual monster truck. The only complaint that I have with this car is that it seemed to drive much slower than I expected. The box advertised fast foam wheels, but it seemed significantly slower than some of the other RCs I have. All in all, the product is definitely worth it.

Size is impressive, great for young kids

This is a great car for ages 4-6. It is big but does not have the power you would expect from it's size. Because of the lack of gusto Id say younger kids would enjoy this the most. They can still easily control it without going out of control. The sounds were fun too as it makes sounds of a real truck but I did like that the sounds could be turned off. You cant really do tricks with this car but it is fun to drive around. The batter lasted about 45 min of continuous play then needed to be recharged. I love that you could plug it in!
