I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Knowing they are a relatively small (compared to Sephora etc) Australian owned brand makes it even more impressive and I'm so happy (even excited) to know my money is going to a company that highly values its customers. ... I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! I normally love the MOR Marshmallow range of products, but not the room spray as much as I had expected. The presentation of the bottle is lovely, presented in a cardboard tube decorated with the signature Marshmallow design, and the tall black bottle with soft gold printing, lid and collar looks very classy indeed...but I found the spray lacks the opulence of the perfume. It is acceptable, but the fruity rose-musk of the perfume is definitely lacking here. It is pleasant enough, but just doesn't fill the room with that soft, heady fragrance I was expecting. The bottle, being narrow, is prone to falling over too. Not a favourite...
This room spray is beautiful, just like my candle and perfume. I love the floral, musk, vanilla, candy scent. I use this on my sheets when I change them and they smell gorgeous! I've also used a room spray - so lovely. The packaging in this range is really pretty and these make for a gift for someone special who like something different. The perfume has been my signature scent for many years and now I have the whole divine collection - so happy!
This is such a decadent room spray. I love the mor marshmallow range and can’t get enough of this gorgeous fragrance, it smells of cotton candy, marshmallows and it’s sweet and pretty. This room spray comes in a classy black canister highlighted with gold, it’s luxe and such a treat, it’s would make a great gift. This spray gives every room in my house an instant fragrance lift and makes my home smell so beautiful, it’s a great alternative to a scented candle and I can spread the scent easily to every room. I picked this Room Spray up this week when I was shopping in Myer with my sister.Firstly I wanted to say I really appreciate pretty packaging and I love the baby pink floral cylinder tube that this Room Spray comes in with the gold detailing. The Room Spray itself comes in a 90ml black mist bottle. I like that you can spray this in your house right before you have friends and family over and it instantly refreshes the rooms and the scent lasts for quite some time. I also sprayed this on the carpet mats in my car and it's left my car smelling so nice all weekend. I also like to spray this after I've been cooking and you know how sometimes cooking smells can linger all night and you can still smell dinner when your in bed?! Well spray this and it gets rid of the food ... I adore mor marshmallow so muchI always use the perfume and I love it.This room spray is lovely. I do wish the scent lasted longer though. I also wish there was more of it. The price is a little expensive for the size.The spray comes out a bit projectile and not so much "spray" so it is very directional so be careful when spraying
