With every use my hair actually looks worse and worse. Purchasing it from an established Aveda salon for many, many years, I thought that maybe there had been a ‘bad batch’ produced, so I then purchased directly from Moroccan Oil online and the product was still horrible. When purchasing from the salon, I had purchased 4 tubs of the same Intense Hydrating Mask 3 of the 4 tubs were the new (bad) version of the product and only 1 tub was the older version and obviously slightly olde stock on the shelf. The change is glaringly obvious and of course I was not happy to have wasted my money on an expensive product when 3 of the 4 were junk. Who knows whether the changes were made increase profits or eliminate ingredients not supported by the FDA, but at the very least customers should be advised of a ‘new formula’. No need to reply with a diplomatic note about changes to your product or how a consultant might help. I have relied on this product for so many years and can no longer do so. I am incredibly disappointed in the product and company. Bye-bye Moroccan Oil. Hair - wavy, coarse. Concerns - frizz, damage, dryness
