Morphy Richards Multipress Titanium

Wow! What a great buy. We are travelling around Australia in our motorhome and so multi-usable accessories are a must. Who doesn't like a nice hot pie with peas and gravy/sauce. With this little contraption you can heat you pie up easily. Jaffles? Plain old toasted sandwich. Just great. Thank you very much Mr Morphy Richards and especially thank you to MyDeal. Best thing I ever joined.

An excellent kitchen gadget!

This is one of the best kitchen appliances that I have ever bought. It is an incredibly innovative gadget. The interchangeable plates are great - so simple to use and easy to clean. It has become a permanent fixture on my kitchen bench-top. My son loves it as well and uses it practically everyday. We just love, love, love it!!

Can't live without it

Love this little machine. Having interchangeable plates makes it so easy to use every single day. From cheese toasties to waffles to cooking breakfast eggs or small steaks, hamburgers, sausages, vegies, potatoes.....so the list goes on. Use your imagination and this little cracker performs. Let it cool down before simply 'wiping' with a paper towel. Love this unit, I use it everyday. I love making waffles now and have gone to town on it.

Easy to clean

I wasn't happy with my current sandwich press because there would still be bits of bread hard to remove. I purchased the Morphy Richards MultiPress because I loved how they were interchangeable and was able to remove the plate and give it a wash. Love this feature. Also, making waffles was another reason. The family loves them and it's cheaper to make them at home than to buy them and it's freshly cooked. Highly recommend and you will also love how easy they are to clean.

Intelligent and functional design and operation

I have been mainly vegetarian most of my life and recently my favourite veggie pie was withdrawn and replaced with meat tasting, plant stuff which I do not like. It was very disappointing. When I noticed this appliance had interchangeable plates, including pie plates, I thought it might be an efficient solution to my problem, as I like to have frozen emergency food ready to go. This machine is brilliant. I have discovered I do not have to use two types of pastry because puff pastry works fine on top and bottom of the pie plate. Now it is easy to use my one pot leftovers and turn them into tasty veggie pies. The waffle plate and recipe is great too in fact, all the plates are easy to clean, exchange and store. I love it and it came along at the right time.

It's ok, it does the job, but does not brown

I am a little disappointed in this product. Love the concept of changing the plates, brilliant idea. Although they don't seem to toast/cook the food as well as my old 3 products. The plates seem to move a little after inserting them into place, unless mine turned out to be faulty, It does toast, but does not brown, waffles come out cooked, but pale even if I leave them in for double the amount of time, the jaffle plates need super huge bread size to work properly, but still don't brown the bread. Haven't tried the pie maker yet, so I am not going to be surprised if they don't brown either. Happy other buyers had better results than me.

Small compact product. However all the shows I watched never indicated how hot the machine would get and I got a mild burn. To be fair it was my first time using it so was unsure how long to cook my food for. I also noted when cooking sausages one presenter said leave the lid down but one said put it down so it’s a bit confusing?

Not hot enough for jaffles/toasties

Agree with others who say it doesn't toast well. In fact, it took 12-15 mins for jaffle to be mildly toasted! Works well for waffles and I love using pie maker for great poached eggs. If you want a good jaffle maker/ toasties, buy another brand. Dissapointed as thought MR was good brand, but this appliance does NOT do what it's designed for. And it's rather expensive.

Quick 'N' Easy

Another gadget! Found the Multipress a handy helper. Love the pie plates. A great size & shape for making almost anything from scratch and not necessarily needing a pie cutter for the shape; a bowl or cup a little larger than the mould, will do. You can use pastry, bread or a wrap to encase the filling. The other three plates are just as good and easy to keep clean. Ideal for that quick snack or meal.

Very practical kitchen appliance!

This is not an item that will sit unused like may kitchen gadgets, it’s so useful! I’ve used it almost every day since purchasing and it’s effortless to clean too which is a bonus. Waffles, toasted sandwiches and pies are quick to cook - waffles are BIG and absolutely divine, better than store bought. I make a batch of waffle mix and use it over a few days, storing it in the fridge as I go so it’s fresh hot waffles every night for dessert ;)
