I have tried almost all product. But this one is a life changer. But to feel difference use for 3 to 6 month and if you not feel better do not use it. But if you fell a real difference. Use it daily all life and you will surprise you doctor after 10 years by having non of your move problems as you had before starting using this great product.

I hate that the pills are way too big . I almost choked in the kitchen just now .Why do they have to make them like that ? Should have a warning on the label .

I have been using this product for years now. I believe it helps with my joints, especially my knees. My relatives and friends in HongKong find this product helpful for their joints too. Whenever I return to HongKong, I would bring them some.
This product has helped me cope with the arthritis I have. Sometimes, I hurt really bad in spite of using it, but overall I don't think I could use my hands at all without using this product. It definately helps.
My husband uses this daily and before he started taking it he could hardly stoop down to do his job and when he did stoop it caused excruciating pain. After a month of taking this he can now bend and stoop pain free and when he runs out and we cannot find it anywhere his pain will start coming back so it DOES help tremendously! My son who just got back from the Army with 2 screwed up knees has started taking this product and is slowly starting to receive so relief.
Was going to stop taking them, but when I did stop them, I was in more pain. There is definitely a difference so I started to take them again. And I wasn't off them for too long either, it was almost immediate when I noticed the difference.
