Schiff, Move Free Ultra, 30 Coated Tablets

I got these because I have joint pain and arthritis along with fibromyalgia and degenerative disc disease. I was going to try Glucosamine Chondroitin, which is supposed to be a good joint supplement. But the glucosamine pills are too huge to swallow. So I got these instead. They seem to help my joint pain but only if I take them every single day. Most importantly, they are very small pills that you don't choke to death on and you can actually swallow them. I can't swallow the glucosamine chondroitin to find out whether it does anything or not, even when I cut them in half, they still get stuck in my throat. I can not live without these pills. One pill keeps my knee and knuckle pain away all day. Occasionally I do get knee pain from time to time, but beats the amount of pain I would be in without these pills. I recommend this to all my coworkers. I have worked outdoors on ladders and climbing an squatting for extended periods of time and it has taken a major toll on my knees. They are fast acting you will notice relief in as little as a week. Definitely recommend these pills.

Effective joint pain relief

I love these tablets! I have taken glucosamine tablets and calcium over the years and are used to huge tablets that require me to drink a lot of water to get them down. The first thing I noticed about these tablets is how small and manageable they are! Not only that, they are effective. I have arthritic knees due to over 20 years of running. In the past few years, I have noticed consistent pain and discomfort when going up and down stairs. I have been using these Type II Collagen tablets for two weeks and have noticed that the discomfort has diminished and I am able to go down stairs normally (one foot after another continuously, rather than one step, stop, one step, stop). I'm a person with 5 chronic pain conditions, and I hate to take prescription medication because of all the horrible side effects. I live a very busy lifestyle and do not have time to be slowed down with pain and stiffness. I take one tablet daily. Just finished my first bottle (70 count). I was suffering from extreme knee pain...I tried everything, including horse linament! Move free ultra type II collagen

Great product. I have osteoarthritis for many years and tried a lot of glucosamine supplements but not very effective. My knees would still be painful. After I studied type II collagen and it’s a only a tiny pill so I bought this product to try. I could feel the difference after taking this for a few days. Even during rainy day, my knees felt much better. However it only has 30 tablets in a bottle, it’s not very environmentally friendly.

One tiny pill

Several years ago, both my husband and I began to take Move Free. WOW! What a difference in such a short time. I couldn't use my stepper at all and after about a week I was able to get on and begin to use. My husband has difficulty swallowing pills. So happy that I found this. This is so easy for him to take. The thing about this though, is you have to pay attention to what they contain. While each Move Free Ultra caplet is smaller with a smooth coating so that it is very easy to swallow, it doesn't contain glucosamine hydrochloride. Many of those large dose and pill product have 1500 mg of glucosamine hydrochloride in each serving. Instead a serving of Move Free Ultra contains 40 mg of "Proprietary Cartilage Blend(cartilage and potassium chloride)(providing undenatured type II collagen)" plus Boron and Hyaluronic Acid.
