Good brand for vegan people like me. It doesnt take time to dissolve. Safe ingredients that gives energy. Fast effect
After going vegan, supplementing myself with b12 was essential. I tried another brand before this one, but didn't seem to do much. I tried MRM's supplement, and I can confirm now after having my blood test taken last november that my levels of b12 increased and are at a very good number for what's needed. I don't think I had a defficiency before, but my levels are better now anyway.I take one lozenges per week, 2,000mg, and that has seemed perfect for me, especially since I remember to take it every monday now! This bottle is also great because it lasts me a year, and it has Folate in it too!I've already bought it again, for the 3rd time, i believe, and i will keep buying this one. I definitely recommend it.
