I have taken this supplement for years, then I purchased three bottles from "iherb" and didn't know that you had changed the formula. Why would you change a wonderful product? They always had a sweet cherry taste and that's why I went with them to begin with, but now I am hard pressed to describe the new taste, grassy maybe? Who had the bright idea of changing the product and not telling the customer about it on the bottle, like "new formula" .Now I have to find a new vitamin to take and someone who doesn't mind awful tasting ones to buy these.Please let me know if you decide to change the formula back, I really liked the old one.

NOW is a good brand, it has great quality products with good ingredients. The capsule size is small and easy to swallow. I took it to help me with hyperpigmentation but not too sure if it's helping as I use a lot of other products.
It's great for restoring b12 to your body.However the pill doesn't desolve fast enough and has a funny texture.The tast is fine. and there is enough mcg per pill.
