It was delivered on time and in brand new condition (which were the best pros of it). I previously had issues with other products on this website but Newegg seemed to solve it and get it taken care of. Don't be swayed from buying a 3050 card from the negative reviews out there. This is a great card. My other system has an AMD Radeon RX 580 with 8GB of VRAM which is what I consider optimum for today's gaming just like 16GB is the optimum for RAM. So the 3050 falls in price with the AMD 6500, but that card has 4GB of VRAM. Then I compared it with the 6600 but the 3050 has DLSS which is a feature that modern games are supporting so I wanted to try it out. I can't complain. I was surprised of the performance of the RX 580 and it's all due to the 8GB of VRAM. The 3050 gives even higher framerates given it's a newer card also with 8GB of VRAM. And it does so much quieter than the 580. Definitely this card will replace the RX 580 when GPU prices drop a bit closer to original launch retail price and I can upgrade to a 3060 Ti to start exploring 1440p. But for 1080p this card is a really good option.

Although higher than msrp, I can't complain going from a beast of a 1050ti to this is a lovely jump in performance. I averaged about 50-61 fps in low settings for most games. Now I get about 90-110 in most AAA games all while in high/medium settings. Overall lovely card, alright price, awesome performance.

Build felt great. I did get an overpriced 1050ti I was able to return on Ama zone. This thing feels really nice and no issues besides my power settings not putting power to card in windows. Was running like 15w. I dont think it was card related as I fixed it with some setting change. I never had msi product and I am very happy with quality and software.
This was the first part I have ever bought for my PC (It was previously owned/pre built). I was able to install the RTX 3050 Graphics Card myself and instantly use it with no issues. This was a big deal for me as it was; my first major purchase for my PC, first time using Newegg, first time doing some serious research to make the best educated purchase. I have ZERO experience in PC building. Overall I am very happy and the next time I have the opportunity to upgrade I will be using Newegg again for sure.
I looked at other websites before ordering this and B&H had the best price and free fast shipping. The card works perfect on my media server I built with Kubuntu. I didn't need gaming power but wanted something to not be obsolete the minute I ordered it. Great card for the price. Thank you again B&H
Pros:It supports DLSS, which was a major reason I finally broke down and purchased this item, since reviews/benchmarks shows it only performs about as a six-year-old 1070. So far DLSS performance has been fantastic, especially in RDR2. Also, it was available.Cons:The price is insane, this should be a $250 part, if that. I'd suggest waiting out for the price to go back to normal before purchasing, on non-DLSS titles the performance uplift over a GTX 1070 is minimal.
I had no idea how much faster these new cards are than what I've been using (Nvdia GTX 960) so the one visually taxing game I play has almost double the FPS. Sadly, my main go to monitor is a funky 27" with great (2560x1400) color but only a DVI input, so it won't work with this card. I do have another 4K monitor which I dislike (another story -- as in "you get what you pay for") but this card is able to drive it at full resolution with no falloff in performance. I should have looked more carefully at the specs, but nobody makes 30xx series cards with DVI anymore, so I'd have to use an earlier generation card with this monitor.
I use my rig primarily for photo and video editing. I am not a gamer, so my review will be useless for gamers. With the 12 core 24 thread processor I have in the 3900x, I wanted something to replace my faithful 1070 video card to assist with video editing work that wouldn't break the bank. Exporting 4k video, my CPU usage runs around 55%, and my GPU meter with this card hits around 40%. Yes, there are more powerful cards out there, but not everyone needs a Ferrari to get to the grocery store. Especially as an open box under $300, this simply gets the job done.
Just installed it and ran Performance Test by passmark and the 3D is about 12x faster than the Intel chip graphics (12th gen i5-12600K), and 3+ times faster than my old GPU. The old GPU would not do any screen savers nor power save with my upgraded system (new mb, ram, etc.), but the new MSI RTX 3050 worked without any changes to my OS settings (Windows 10) right away.
