I was looking for similar taste of goat's milk powder to the one I bought from Mongolia. Although this is not the same, its taste is a notch better than the brands in my local supermarket. At least the goat smell is not as strong. The powder dissolves easily. I also like that this comes in a plastic container, so that I'm able to recycle it. Metal tins are tough to recycle, 'cos the rusting takes place so quickly after washing it clean and my local recycling bin doesn't take rusted tins. Before purchasing, I also visited the brand's instagram account to find out more how their farm and environment look like. I was happy what I saw and read, so I decided to support them. Do check them out.If I really want to nit pick, it'd be the scoop. It has a long handle and ... 🌿 Natural & Pure: Free from hormones, GMOs, soy, and preservatives, ensuring a clean and natural product. 🥛 Easy to Digest: Goat milk has smaller curds, making it easier to digest compared to cow’s milk. 🍽️ Versatile Use: Perfect for coffee, tea, smoothies, or even baking. However, some users noted that the powder can be a bit clumpy and moist, and it’s on the pricier side. Overall, I’d give it a 👍 thumbs up of 4/5

First time drinking goat's milk or using goat's milk powder. My impression is, in it's dried form it smells quite similar to milk powder, but once you mix it into water, you can smell "goat" scent. Taste-wise is it like watered down feta cheese. Personally, I don't quite enjoy the strong flavour. I tried using it in my turmeric latte but the goat milk flavour couldn't be masked. Thankfully, when used in baking, the flavour isn't noticeable. I don't doubt the quality, this just isn't for me.

I was slightly skeptical that powdered goat milk would taste good but I’m really glad I decided to give this a try! After giving up buying cartons of regular cow’s milk, I mostly find myself wanting milk when making hot chocolate or to add to my coffee. Decided to try goat’s milk as I’d been reading about the health benefits and how much easier it is to digest. I tried this for the first time and followed the directions by using two level capfuls mixed with 8oz of warm water. I was surprised that it actually tasted so good! Directions state to chill milk for best flavor. I’ve used the goat milk so far and mixed with coconut milk to make hot chocolate and it was really delicious and easy to digest. Also added this to my hot coffee and found it to be a nice alternative to my cow’s milk half and half. This powdered goat milk is easy to bring along when traveling and it’s nice to mix up small amounts when needed instead of having to purchase a big carton of milk. Glad I found this and will be repurchasing.
I'm absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase of Whole Goat Milk Powder - CapraMilk! The product has been a game-changer for my baby and me. The flavor is delicious, and we both love it. Moreover, it's been gentle on our stomachs, and we've experienced numerous health benefits associated with goat milk consumption. I highly recommend CapraMilk to anyone seeking a high-quality goat milk powder. It's perfect for our health, and we'll definitely be purchasing it again!
I decided to switch cows milk with goats milk. The taste is different so for the first few days i got some taking used to. It has a sweet milky aroma. I was pleasantly surprised using this in my pancakes, it made the texture moist chewy and fluffy. Can’t wait to use this in chocolate recipes and mashed potatoes. I was also surprised that my cat who doesn’t like cows milk went crazy for this. whenever he hears me open the package he comes running towards the kitchen. Its in powder form so it’s very convenient. At first I thought it was a bit expensive but you get a lot from the bottle.
What I love most about this milk is that it’s free of hormones, gmo’s, soy, and preservatives. All natural goat milk. a bit clumpy and moist for sure compared to cow milk but it still can easily be mixed and dissolved, it comes with a scoop. the texture, smell, and taste of this milk are all indicative of its good quality. mix 1 tbsp of raw honey with 2 tbsps of this milk until it’s smooth and creamy, add more water and mix, you can also add ground ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and you have a delicious sweet goat milk. It’s pricey for this size
Mt Capra Whole Goat's Milk is super delicious and I feel it's good value for money too. It's not cheap but equally not too expensive, one pays for quality. I use it when I make hot chocolate with cacao. Of course I like my hot chocolate really creamy so I put just under a quater of full fat cows milk two tablespoons of pure cacao and heat in microwave.I then fill the rest of my large mug with hot water and put one or sometimes two tablespoons of Mt Capra whole goats milk in for extra creamy-ness and nutrition with collagen powder. This is the icing on the cake in that it makes the cacao taste like creamy hot chocolate. With just cows milk it doesn't do the job but with Mt Capra it gives it that full satiety taste and makes one feel cosy. I will always buy this as ... i can taste good quality goat milk powder. i use for my coffee. i purchase other goat milk before. this one tast less goaty smell. but some how powder doesn't mix well in my coffee. power will sink in the bottom. its not too bad. but I'm wondering why other one doesn't happen to me. but i can feel benefit of goat milk than cow milk. my stomach like it. i just doesn't like extra plastic scoop in there. its just my personal opinion. it will be landfills, when i purchase it every time.
