Much Moore Awesome Foursome Cravings Ice Cream Tub 2L

Delightful. Very, very nice ice creams. Having four flavours in one tub is nice and I like being able to mix them. They are made in New Zealand, so I think that indicates pretty premium ice cream. All the flavours are rich and the textures creamy. Vanilla is a rich flavour and not a watered down vanilla, chocolate cookies has a lovely not too strong chocolate flavour with nice hard chocolate chips throughout it, choc chip cookie dough has chocolate chips and cookie bits within a cookie dough kind of ice cream, and finally the salted caramel is nice and caramely. Each of the flavours is different and easily identifiable. Price is $11 for 2 L, so not the cheapest, but it is a nicely premium tasting product. Well worth a go if you want to try something a bit different.

Being the Ice Cream lovers that we are, I stocked up on all the flavours. We keep a small freezer in the shed, so we had the room for them all. Normally $11. 00 for 2lt, but we paid $5. 50 each. Made in New Zealand, 4 flavours in one, vanilla with cookie dough and choc chips; vanilla; salted caramel; and chocolate with cookie pieces. We all enjoyed the variety of flavours, not a sickly sweet ice cream. The tab opening is a shocker and needs to be fixed, anyone with hand issues would struggle. I first tried this on a half price special shortly after it became available but then with the soring cost of milk products and fewer half price specials I thought it would be something I would never have again purely because it would forever be outside my budget so ThANK YOU bunch!!!! I have the vanilla for iced coffee, the caramel for baked apple desserts, the confetti one I eat just on its own because it is just so amazing, the little cookie dough bits and pieces is like a Easter egg hunt in your mouth. I can't describe it well enough but once you try it you'll understand why I am lost for words!! And the chocolate side is so rich with real chocolate flakes... so high end.. no wonder it's $11 a tub. Very nice! After sampling one of the Much Moore Icecream products which I was quite impressed about, I was looking forward to trying out different flavours in this range. This Foursome Cravings Ice Cream consist of not one but four different flavours so I could easily try them all out. The four flavours include: 1. Major dilemna. Cost vs BenefitThe icecream is delicious - that was the response of all in our family. The price, at first, seemed expensive. After all this is WW branded product, at around 5x the price per litre of WW brand vanilla or neopolitan 4l - it caused some distress. However when compared to the price per litre of the 'premium' brands is seems to be around 60% of so of the cost. On a 'blind' tasting - I would likely rate this the best tasting & consistency of any icecream. Having four great separate mixtures to sample (divided into a 2 x 2 grid in the container) only adds to the positive attributes. _________________________Yes, I'll definitely be paying ful price for this again. Just not every icecream purchase.

An okay ice cream that would feed a crowd! I don't buy ice cream much as the brand I like is rather more expensive and a much better quality than this. But having said that this ice cream I would imagine would be loved by many children out there. I found love flavours a bit fake, salted caramel is not salty or caramely, the vanilla (although it does remind me of ice cream from my childhood) has that fake vanilla flavour, the chocolate cookie was the best as if had a rather nice chocolaty flavour but I really didn't get the cookie dough one at all. I also found the texture not as creamy as I would have liked but at least it wasn't a watery, icy texture. Hard to complain about Ice Cream. Had to be quick with the taste test. After opening can see the four flavours in each corner. The chocolate has small cookie pieces throughout but wasn’t as sweet as the other flavours, more like a cocoa flavour. The next was vanilla with choc chip and cookie dough pieces. The chips tasted like compound chocolate. The salted caramel and the vanilla were smooth and sweet. They had enough vanilla and caramel flavour to identify them. Overall the flavours weren’t too sweet and are similar enough to go well with each other. Wasn’t super creamy and a little icy which meant it felt extra cold to eat and was a bit harder to scoop. Enjoyed this mix of flavours but would be interested to try the others in this range. Priced at $11 for 2L

With the four flavours in the tub it reminded me of the Neapolitan icecream we used to have as kids however of course this was three flavours and a cheap artificial taste!! Each corner of the tub holds one flavour. I noted there was another variant at the supermarket which had a mint flavour contained. Great options when you are trying to meet different peoples needs and tastes with flavours!At $11 it is fairly pricey for supermarket icecream however we all pay alot more for fancy icecreams and like products from specialty stores. The icecream was reasonable - every flavour tasted good and would suit adults and children. Not very premium but a good selection of flavours. A nice selection of flavours in the one tub - Salted Caramel, Vanilla, Choc Cookies and Choc Chip Cookie Dough. So there's something for everyone. Overall the flavours we ok but a little artificial tasting. The cookie dough was really disappointing with a few sugary cookie pieces throughout. The icecream itself is not bad, quite smooth and not icy. But it doesn't taste like 'premium' ice cream. For its $11 price tag, it's only slightly better than your average everyday ice cream. Good for topping pancakes/waffles or tarts and puddings. But if you want ice cream that's good enough to eat straight from the tub, you're better off spending a little more on an actual 'premium' ice cream.
