This is my favourite knife; Hands down. I bought this knife in the first week of my apprenticeship and 7 years later i still have that exact knife. I bought a second one incase i ever lost the first one, but the blade did wear down a-lot after years of use. I highly recommend. with a reduced price down to $70, buy 2 and always have a back-up. I highly recommend you wear down the heel so you can sharpen the blade all the way to the back, and after a while you can hone the front 3 cm to more of an angular sharp point which makes this knife amazing for meats! Can't give this knife a better review!
I live in country NSW and chop lots of food on a daily basis for my animals. My property is situated 40 klmts from the nearest town and I grow lots of fresh vegetables and fruit for my husband and I to eat. I love my new knife it has made a sizeable difference to the time that I spend in preparing food. I will buy the smaller knife as soon as I can.
