Murad Outsmart Blemish Clarifying Treatment 50ml

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

If you’re having suspicions and questioning the legitimacy of this website, then look no further!!! This was honestly one of the best beauty online retailers I have ever shopped from. Plus YES ITS A LEGIT SITE! I live in NZ and my order was placed, processed and delivered to me in less than 5 days. I absolutely love my items and would definitely be a regular customer. If you shop at Sephora or Mecca then you will definitely love Beauty Affairs!

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've been increasingly using Beauty Affairs over some of the other e-commerce websites like Look fantastic and Strawberry net. Not only are they comparable on price their customer service blows the others out of the water. As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.

First of all, there is nothing to compare to a good dermatologist. If you can do it, go to a doctor. However, if you are like me and you can’t always afford to go to the dermatologist, you suddenly become an expert in everything that doesn't work. I have run the gambit when it comes to trying products, but the only solid thing that has at least tamed my acne has been the Dr. Murad Products, more specifically the new one that includes this particular product. The previous version had okay results. Though it came with a clarifying lotion that was about as helpful as a cup of sand in the desert. However, the new Dr. Murad Acne set with the Outsmart Acne seems to be fairing far better than before. I have even included a lovely example of the grotesque horrors that existed just under the left side of my chin. The rest of my face did not fare any better, but I didn’t want to induce nightmares. Even better, I was doing live streams for work when my face suddenly decided that it wanted to get in on the Halloween action, I suddenly became desperate. I even tried a different product that claimed it was specifically for cystic acne, but NOPE, that did nothing. It was then that I noticed that Dr. Murad had appeared to reformulate its current 30-day acne treatment with this, and damn was it a game changer. The image is literally that too, the before of my adult cystic acne rearing its ugly head and 30-days after with treatment. Unfortunately, the scaring was so bad that it took a long time for the red to go down, and to this day I still have some tissue damage that only a good dermatologist will need to get at, but nothing a good cover up can’t help magically disappear. If you’ve tried everything else, I would highly recommend this. Everyone’s skin is different and this just happened to help me. Just to be sure I waited a couple of months before I wrote this, because as my last dermatologist warned, results especially with skin, can take months to overcome. Months later, as long as I stay on top of the treatment, my skin has cleared up a lot.

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... Use it Every Day

This product is a holy grail for ensuring your skin stays clear, and for times when it doesn't stay clear: preventing a hugely painful spot from forming. I use this product every day, twice a day applied under moisturiser/makeup in the day, and under my moisturiser at night, sometimes mixed with my UFO serum by Sunday Riley. My skin is oily/dry combination and is prone to sensitivity, I used to struggle hugely with acne, and as an adult, I struggled to find a good daily product outside of a witch hazel stick: this is ten times better. I find it to be quite cooling on application, and the soft blue colour is quite soothing to look at. It's a lightweight gel and is absorbed very easily into the skin.
