I have increased my weightlifting and I highly recommend these, I like that they are a tablet and easy to take. They have helped my recovery and I’m able to get back in the gym faster and back to weightlifting. The bottle could be bigger like 90 capsules but other than that I’m pretty happy with them.

So far the results are great. I feel my muscles are benefiting from my use of the BCAA tablets and are recovering much faster then when I wasn’t using them…

I tried these and found it was inconvenient taking a bunch of pills before and after training. I feel like it’s more admin and annoying if you already have other vitamins to take.
I'd not heard of this product until I got it as a free gift, and I have to say I've noticed a difference. I've been focusing on toning and my arms and legs definitely have far more definition, how much of that is associated to the BCAA itself I'm not sure, but I made more progress in a month than I'd made in 3.
These capsules have effectivleyh reduced my recovery time noticably and my aches and pains that happen after training. I would definitely recommend these as an easy way to aid recovery of muscles.
