Excellent, value for money ZMA product. Ive used the correct dose of 4 caps at night, as opposed to 2 caps twice daily with better results this way. I would reduce to 2 caps before bed when taking with a night time shred supp like oxysleep.

NO MOre Cramps I have been searching for a good single dose supplement to help me sleep after long periods of exercise. Many nights I would wake with intense cramps in my legs no matter how much stretching and foam rolling I did, but ZMA+ has given me the solution I have been looking for. Thank Musashi and 360.

I have used this since I started working out again and it has made a noticeable difference in shortening my recovery times. When I worked out 30 years ago, this product was not even around ! We are lucky to have access to such great supplements now. This product will always be on my shopping list.

ZMA helps in improving sleep and I believe my sleep quality has improved after I started taking it. For those who train frequently, I highly recommend taking ZMA supplement.
I've tried multiple ZMA options, and for the ridiculously low cost, I didn't have high expectations. But I'm finding identical results, and in some cases more effectiveness then some brands that are 2 - 3 times the price. Very happy.
This product does the job. I only gave 4 starts because the caps sometimes open up inside during transport and cause a mess with the powder everywhere (happened with me). So I prefer to buy a non plastic capsule product.
This product sets out to do what it states. It defintely helps me with sleep (which is why I take it), however I found the ON ZMA to be superior to this. This is overall still a great product, and i think one of the cheapest too
All in all, ZMA seems like a great supplement. You're getting a synergistic blend of vitamin and minerals you need anyway, in a blend has been shown to increase testosterone levels and strength gains.
Taking this daily, you will start to find recovery times get quicker. Its now just part of my daily routine. The capsules make it easy and fast to consume.
Helped with immunity and sleep quality while on a restricted diet. Didn’t notice assistance in fat loss however overall health felt supported taking Mushashi ZMA. It is well priced and easy to take . Would recommend for athletes and as an additional supplement to help with overall immune health .
