I have had the Raspberry Protein Water mix many times and it is exceptional. Saw this new flavour on the Muscle Nation website and was very excited to try. Unfortunately, it is not the same consistency and clumps up when water is added. Lumps of the powder stay together even after shaking of the bottle throughout my workout. Very unpleasant to swallow a chunk of powder. When removing the lid and removing the shaker ball I found the powder had clumped around the ball and lots of it had stuck to the roof of my bottle lid. Used it twice and have not wanted to try again. Have just gone back to the Raspberry powder, which I highly recommend.

My favourite flavour! I have tried all of them. I use this everyday during my workout mixed with creatine, I use a whole scoop with a full shaker of water, it is sweet (not sickly like mango) but I still like it watered down. Super yummy, great hydration option & a good boost of protein. Very happy to purchase in bulk as it is a lot more affordable than buying smaller from the chemist.

Thankfully, it's just like flavoured water. No more thick and grainy protein shakes for me. I find that it's better to stir it in rather than shake. Otherwise, you'll get a head of froth in your shaker. It does have a really strong smell of whichever flavour you get, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I will be sticking with this over protein skakes indefinitely 😊
This has been a absolute life saver. The taste is divine and keeps you hydrated all day long. I tend to have one in the morning and one in the afternoon plus just general water in between but this is so tasty I have to fight my son for it. We are thoroughly enjoying the protein water. I'm doing keto as well so the low sugar an low carbs is perfect for me to fit into everyday routine. Highly recommend this flavour apple and blackcurrant. I tend to add more water to it as I like it less sweet and its more water intake for me too. I like to have around the 750-800ml water per scoop even with the other flavours as well.Get into it you'll love it.If your struggling to get your water intake each day I recommend using this protein water as you'll guarantee love the flavour.
Been using protein water for about a year and love it so much more than typical milky proteins. The flavours are delicious, Apple and Blackcurrant is my fav. But about to try Grape so that could change!! The powder mixes well and is easy to drink. Super easy way to hit my Protein intake goals with this product. I have given samples to friends to try and gotten them on protein water train too!
Love this protein water. As a person who has had bariatric surgery I needed to find a way to get extra protein. I was really struggling with the milky type protein shakes. Then I brought a couple of these protein waters to try when they were on special at Coles.They are delicious. I have 6 different flavours and they are all fantastic. If I find they are a bit sweet I add some extra water and off I go.

Was super excited for this, unfortunately it doesn’t mix well into water, I’ve tried everything (hot water, cold water, mixing with a mixer, hot water and then cold water). It’s always clumpy and makes the drink super unenjoyable. I was silly and purchased every single flavour, and I’ve found it’s the same across the whole range. Usually love MN products (obsessed with their protein jelly), but protein water is a no go for me.
