Yes, it’s fine (literally). The powder is very fine that it sprays all over the container as I try to scoop it in to the shaker and that could be the reason why it is absorbed so quickly once you drink it. Taste wise the Extreme is not as good as the original Mutant Mass. Hard to keep eating your meals regularly as the recommended 4 scoops will make you feel full in the tummy for a long time. It does show some results on the scales, but need to keep track of calories intake to avoid fattening up in the wrong areas .Unless it’s way cheaper than the Mutant Mass original and ON’s serious mass, I recommend to try other ones.

I've got one kidney so have to limit my protein intake, this makes it easier due to the lower protein, higher carb content. Bonus, the triple chocolate tastes awesome!

There’s a reason why it says 2500 calories…. The scoops are huge and you need 4x scoops per shake. Like drinking a mix of concrete but…… Seems to be doing what it’s suppose to. Can start seeing some gains may boiiii

Hi I ordered this for my son in a hope for him to gain some weight. He is in a supported living situation, so he can't write his own review but from what I have heard he is enjoying the flavour. No real weight gain yet but he is only on about half the dosage.
Have only had 1 protein shake of this stuff so can’t speak on its results thus far but my old vanilla flavoured mass gainer mixed with frozen berries and banana tasted so good, but this stuff with the same ingredients actually taste foul, the consistency isn’t as thick surprisingly so slightly easier to drink in that regard but my god is it brutal trying to drink that stuff tasting like that.
