Mute Snoring Device Small 3 Pack

I was using a CPAP machine nightly before I discovered Mute. There is nothing uncomfortable about Mute. It fits nicely into my nose and completely opens my nasal passages to allow me to breathe freely all night. My husband says he hears only soft breathing sounds from me so no snoring! I am an absolute believer in this product & have recommended it many times to family and friends.

You have to remember this product only claims to reduce not stop snoring, I am a heavy snorter and it does appear to have helped, I got the pack of three variable sizes and I am still undecided on whether to continue with the medium or the large size. My snoring appears to be reduced but some nights it seems to be back to where it was, I think this is due to swapping sizes and not getting the device in exactly the right place every night. When you fit the device there is a little discomfort but then after a minute or so I forget it's there. I have used the individual devices more than 10 times and there seems to be no degradation so I'm sure you could wear them for more than the recommended 10 uses. The only way these could be improved would be to redesign for adjustable lengths or increase the range to include different lengths.

For years my wife and children have likened my snoring to living with a chainsaw. These little things have made a big difference especially to my wife who says it does stop the snoring completely but reduces the volume and amount of snoring more than enough to stop the murderous thoughts at 3am. And surprisingly, at least to me, I wake up feeling more refreshed too.

These work for me

These work for me. I've been using them for 6 months and my husband says he hasn't noticed me snoring in all that time - unlike before, when it was every single night. I realised I always slept with my mouth open because it just didn't feel right closed - like I wasn't getting enough air somehow. But with a Mute in, I feel much more comfortable settling down to sleep with my mouth closed. No more snoring, no more dribbling, no more dry mouth in the mornings. I even use one when my husband is away. I guess your chances of success with this product depend on the reason why you're snoring in the first place - but definitely worth giving them a try as they've certainly worked for me.

Waste of money

Hi purchased this based on reviews and checking the product out on you tube. I assure you this product does not work at all do not waste your money. We have tested made sure we followed instructions correctly too. Non functional. Waste of money

Works well.

Comfortable and effective in opening nasal passages. I did not have a snoring issue but rather, being only able to mouth breathe while sleeping. That problem is solved. Medium size for average-sized woman.
