A perfect marriage of Glenturret, Macallan & Highland Park Whiskies, the Whisky within this minimalist bottle was aged over a long period of time in oak casks before spending it's last 6 months in first fill Oloroso casks. Initially smooth thanks to an oily aroma, there are notes of sweet cherry, buttered toast, custard and peach. Upon the first sip, you'll wonder if you are accidently drinking a freshly baked cake as Victoria Sponge, custard and crà ̈me caramel take centre stage before Sherried sultanas, sticky toffee pudding, raspberry jam join the experience. A medium chocolatey finish is accompanied by smoky oak at the very last stages of enjoyment.
