I loved this product. So quick and easy to use, you just chuck some chicken in the bag and the seasoning give it a shake pop in the oven and its done. Bonus is there no washing backed on mess of the baking trays. I liked the bag was made of greaseproof paper rather than plastic. My bag didn't really expand as it should have done and caused the chicken to stick in some places. I think next time I would tie the end of the bag with some string rather than just folding over. The spices are perfectly blended and the chicken tastes amazing when finished. Very versatile could be paired with rice, wedges, salad or many more variations. Will definitely become a staple in my cupboard. Highly recommend.

Tried this for the first time recently and it was delicious. Read instructions saying not suitable for a gas oven and took that to be in case the bag touched the flame. Easy solution - a layer of foil over the bag. Cooked as instructed at 210°C (Gas 8) on bottom shelf of the oven and it wasn't properly cooked after 30 minutes. Possibly because I was cooking chips (with Nando's salt obvs) on the top shelf? Ripped open the bag and spread out the chicken breasts to allow space between them, but kept them partially covered. Turned oven down to Gas 6, and they were cooked properly in another few minutes. Delicious and juicy.

When first used was dubious as to how the spice poured in bag would actually coat chicken evenly, but it does as the moisture released whilst cooking mixes with dry powder and it works. Good flavour, quite spicy do not detect lemon flavour others have suggested.... Now buy frequently.

The Nando's kit has four wraps, medium spice, chilli jam and perinase sauces. You add the chicken and anything else - they suggest lettuce. My husband isn't the fan of hot and cold foods together so I added some roasted peppers and onions. It tasted very yummy. Pretty quick to make and a little bit messy to eat if you don't wrap correctly. I would add a side if you want to be full.
The pack contains everything you need except the chicken or vegetarian alternative. All ingredients are vegetarian which is great. I use Halloumi and my partner has chicken. The Kit contains: 4 Wheat Wraps, 1 sachet of Medium PERi-PERi spice, 2 sachets of PERinaise and 1 sachet of Sweet Chilli Jam. It’s easy to assemble and you do get that Nando’s taste. It’s not overly spicy although if you prefer milder flavours have some normal Mayo as this is a medium heat. It’s an authentic taste and moreish flavour and definitely a kit I’d buy in future especially when craving a Nandos
Grab this as a change from my usual and boy I wasn't disappointed. Flavourful, tasty, spicy (but not too spicy) and delicious. Nice soft wraps, full flavoured spices and very easy to prepare. Might be a little too much spice for young children but it's simple to cool things down with a little plain yoghurt. Good, tasty product, I will buy again.

Promise it will be BETTER than Nandos itself.Cut chicken breast into three slices horizontally. Then cut each slice into 2 or 3..depending on how big your burger buns are. Instead of adding them to a bag..put the marinade into a bowl..add drizzle of oil..drizzle of vinegar to soften the meat..and lemon juice. Mix well..add chicken. Cover..leave out until your an hour before meal. Add to bags..we do 5 pieces in each..make sure they are flat. Fold..put in oven and leave for an hour on 160. We have received this Nandos Peri Peri Bag n Bake and have absolutely enjoyed it. This is great when you've had a long day at work and you just want to add your chicken in the bag which already has the spice mix in it and whack it in the oven. I made rice in my rice cooker and had some steamed veg going on the side. Half an hour later my dinner was ready and I enjoyed it very much. Mrs was impressed as the chicken was still moist and full of flavour. We have added this to our shopping list on our next visit. If you haven't tried it yet, definately give it a go. And if you already are a Nandos fan like us... need I say anymore. Ticks all the boxes!
Really enjoyed these wraps but I definitely felt they were more on the hot side than the medium but still delicious. Perhaps to make less hot use less sauce/seasoning.It was easy to follow instructions and to make. I used 500g of chicken as that was 2 breasts and found it was too much chicken for the wraps but the coating was enough so next time I’ll leave some chicken on the side for sandwiches.Nice as a midweek meal that we’ll use as part of our rotation of meals.
I will definitely try this Bag & Bake concept again as the seasoning bag that comes with it was very tasty! I was surprised at how flavourful it was as usually these kinds of things don't impress me. As soon as I opened the bag of seasoning, I could smell all the different flavours and was excited to get cooking! It's a really convenient and straightforward way to get dinner ready: you literally just place the seasoning and the chicken into the paper bag provided and put it into the oven! It was fantastic. I also made some wedges on the side and sprinkled some of the seasoning on it and I ate it with the Nandos perinaise. Totally delicious!
