I really wish I’d read the reviews first. Definitely not mild! The first mouthful nearly blew my wife’s head off! I would call this hot, no way mild it made my lips and mouth burn. Too hot to taste the flavour.

There is no way that this is extra mild! My 3 year old can handle a balti but spat this straight out and downed a cup of milk! I can't comment on the flavour because my mouth burnt so much. I have bought the rub version before and its much tastier and actually mild, so will buy that in the future.

I've been in contact with nandos who tell me because of the manufacturing process and having to have a longer shelf life for this product, that the outcome is spicier than the equivalent in their restaurants. This sauce claims to be extra mild, it's not! I like spicy food but I love the restaurant version and this is nothing like it. Not good when you are trying to recreate nandos at home because the nearest restaurant is nearly 2 hours drive away!I won't be buying this sauce again. I might try the lemon herb rub mix, if I can find out who stocks it!!
This is very tasty and is great at livening up a slightly bland meal, and I like it enough to easily give it a full five stars, except that I cannot believe anyone would call this "Extra Mild". I'd call it medium-hot, personally, and I like things pretty spicy.
This is most certainly not extra mild. Ruined the meal. Other than the heat there wasn't much flavour either. Oh well at least I tried it. Think I'll try the rub next see if that's any better.
This is no way mild! I like spicy food abd often think things are mild when others say it has some heat. This is not mild like the one you get in the restaurant. Steer clear unless you like it hot!
This sauce is labelled as extra mild, and is supposed to be the lemon and herb sauce that they have in the restaurants. However it’s completely different. It’s actually hotter than the Medium sauce! Couldn’t eat it and had to throw out the chicken I’d made with it which was a waste.
i could drink this sauce from the bottle its so delectable perfect flavour for those of us who cant handle their spice :(
I previously used a different brand to marinate a meal for my children. After using this it was so hot none of them could eat there tea.
