The wiring is gossamer thin, making it impossible to wire into the system, the image is horrible and the entire unit shakes on its mounting, threatening to snap off at every bump. For the effort it takes to install, buy something else. ANYTHING else!

This is a very cheap camera with a cheap monitor. i have no doubt you could find somthing of similar quality on ebay for $20. however it does exactly what it says on the box. So for that i can't really fault it . You will need baisc car electrical skills to insall.

At the start I thought it was a wiring issue or screen fault so had the unit replaced. The replacement unit had the same issue immediately so I removed the unit altogether.Read the other reviews, same issue. Worth spending more and buying a better brand

The screen attached to this camera is a very good robust design and has gave our race car a very good sharp picture and survived a complete roll over.
Screen and camera are good. My only issue is the size of the power supply cable. It is so thin that stripping back the plastic covering keeps damaging the copper wire. A step to far in cost cutting.

There are other options out there otherwise but this unit works well, the picture is quite good and bright, there is very mild interference (fuzziness) running through it compared to a Factory Optioned unit but that is probably more to do with the vehicle electrics compatability and would vary from car to car. The picture is STILL good quality though.The wiring, camera, connections etc all seem of good quality.For a DYI project it's relatively simple *provided you have some knowledge* of basic vehicle electrics and are prepared to do the work necessary. That said, it's not impossible, you can usually look up videos on youtube and learn how to pull your particular car's bits apart etc.Alternatively, consider a 'wireless' setup, you'd expect this to be a bit easier but still...Overall the time invested is really worth it as the result is fantastic, couldn't be happier.
This is first time I purchase Nanocam+ products. The reversing cam is good quality and clear photo, I bought it with good discounted price.The size of screen is perfect, but if you want to stick it on your dashboard, the adhesive sticker is not such a good quality, I replaced it with 3M one purchased from SCA, but you can still use the suction cup mount to stick it on your windscreen.
Very happy with my purchase of the reversing camera. Easy to install and the suction mount actually works, unlike previous ones I have purchased. Very clear picture with guidelines. I did expect that they would bend when reversing, however my main reason for the camera was to help judge the proximity of other cars and objects when reversing as my car is a Falcon cab chassis with a long tray. All round good value and great service from the staff member at the Shellharbour store.
Item faulty. Checked wiring and tested with multimetre 3 seperate times "surely.. i must have screwed it up.."NOPE. ITS ACTUALLY BROKEN.cant wait for trying to return this thing with no box and unwiring it from the boot gromets. GOOD TIMES.
Brought this last week to replace a wireless unit I had fitted and had massive problems with interference. This camera works well for a dual cab, in my case Navara D40. Mounted camera on bumper between the bottom of tail gate. Not ideal be because it is quite low. but no where else to mount it. Wiring is straight forward, but for camera attach positive red wire to reverse light positive and the black earth to the other wire rather than earth to chassis. For monitor I used power off the stereo and earthed on stereo mount. I ran the camera wire through a plug near the gearbox. Quite easy install and camera so far is faultless. Cable length was great. I would recommend for a dual cab.
