The only one that keeps the pain at bay. It's targeted to pain in the abdomen and works fast. Without this, I get painful cramps where I feel imbolised, rolling around on the bed with sweat and tears. Walking is sometimes a struggle with my legs feeling like jelly. Just one naprogesic is enough to get me out of bed, walking fast, and forgetting that I have any period pain at all! And lasts about 8 hours before I feel the need to top up. My pain tolerance is very low though haha.

Recommended by my pharmacist for severe period pain. Follow the directions faithfully, set an alarm on your phone and it is quite effective for pain and cramping. I have found it does help with heaviness and clotting too. Not as pain reducing as codiene but does not require a script.

The only negative thing I can say is that I wish I tried this sooner. For the past 3 years i've been experiencing progressively awful period pain. I don't get the sharp, stabbing cramps, I get the constant, strong ache in my lower belly, back and hips, and the only thing I could get to help ease it was taking 4-5 Advil Rapid Release. Nothing else made a difference, even pain medications with codeine. Even the Advil wouldn't get rid of it completely but made it manageable so I could at least go to sleep and sleep it off. I decided to try Naprogesic because of all of the good reviews, and at this point I had nothing to lose. The box says to take 2 initially and then 1 as required after that. This is the only medication that touches the sides of my period pain. Fast working & very effective.
I literally buy these tablets every time I have cramps and it has been an absolute life saver as I get them really badly to the point where I feel light headed and like I am about to pass out! I have been using this for so many years now, ever since I was a teen and I don’t know what I’d do without it.
Naprogesic is the only thing that stops me from having pain so bad that I can't move. Sometimes, I do have to pair it with paracetamol as well if the pain is really bad, but otherwise, it's the best pain relief I've tried!
Works good for small minor cramps, but doesn't work that well for bad/severe cramps. If you suffer from little cramp sessions then I recommend! But personally not for me
This product is amazing, I get the worst cramps and pain on my period I’ve even been crying for the pain wanting to get my tubes cut ect. As soon as I take two of the tablets and let that kick in I don’t even care I’m on my period anymore I love it. I’m also in the army so this product helps so much when you have PT or heavy duty activities to do.
I bought this a few months ago and it is actually soooo good! I used to take different tablets that didn’t really work and these are so much better. I didn’t feel much cramps and I suffer from painful cramps so I do recommend to buy this.
Every month, the period pain and other symptoms would throw me off the normal routines of life. And this resumes it for me, saving me all the agonies every month. I hope one day I do not need to take these pills, but for now, it has been life saving.
