I had searched for an all natural B1 vitamin and glad I found these. The tablets are very small and easy to take. There is no after taste or upset feeling later, so it must be easily absorbed. It seems like a very good quality because after taking it a few days I noticed results. The ingredients seem to have a calming effect and stress is not so noticeable. They fact it is all natural is a big factor in my purchasing it. Will continue to take it as long as I see the good results.

Really good combo of vitamin b1. Sulbutiamine for example is really hard to find and this possibly the only product on iHerb that has it along with Bentofiamine! This products packs a wide range of organic and natural compounds as well. Make sure you take magnesium with any b1 product as it assists with its method of delivery and enhances absorption.

Can’t live without them! Literally the only type of B Complex vitamins that I can take.. all other types and brands make me nauseous, gaggy, or sick to my stomach. (With the exception of Some sublingual type)I take these for stress and brain fog . Recommended dose is 1 capsule, I take 2 when life is Abnormally stressful. These B vitamins are already broken down, ‘co-enzymated’ To be used by the body for hundreds of functions, if one can’t break down B vitamins, they can’t be used by the body. I find these highly effective!
Loving this for combining 2 metabolically active forms, which I am apparently deficient in. My doctor has prescribed this to me as part of energy, detoxification and early ovarian depletion protocol. I must say it has definitely improved the way my heart handles hot flashes, the pulse is not jumping high anymore. The downside of b1 therapy is the amount of free radicals it produces, the oxidative stress has to be handled when you are taking b1 longer then 1 month. I hope this review has been useful.
Great quality . Only size of the bottle too big for the amount of pills . Because of the package will give score lower . But numerous benefits of this vitamin that we are on the daily basis not realising that we are lacking . Best to take with whole B complex . I use natural source nutritional yeast

I bought this supplement after first seeing the active ingredients, which seemed fantastic. B1 is a healthy vitamin and I thought the three formats contained in this supplement would be a convenient way of taking it. However, there was obscure fine print which did not make it clear there are added herbal extracts to this. I am allergic alfalfa (it triggers lupus like reactions for me due to a an amino acid it contains called "L-canavanine"). There is absolutely no need to add herbal extracts to a B1 vitamin, it just complicates things for anyone who might have a food allergy. And the fact that these ingredients are obscure and not prominently labelled can likely cause harm to some people.
