I do not live in US, and they sell this product here double the price that is listed on iHerb. I was SO EXCITED WHEN IT CAME! My lactose intolerent has stopped me from drinking beverages that contain milk, especially boba which is pretty depressing for me, as well as milk tea! I haven't been drinking that in a while, anyways, this has saved my food preferences, I can now order milk tea at the restaurants, I just have to take this tablet 5 minutes before I drink my milk or beverages that contains milk. I take 1 tablet before I dirnk a cup of 250ml milk, and I am perfectly fine afterwards, no gas, no bloating, no burping, NO DIARRHEA! No irregular movements in my gut nor my stomach! Would definitely reorder again! The capsule slightly tastes a little like milk too.

I mean, ice cream is not good for us. Pizza?.. mm not. and I don't consume a lot of dairy indeed. but once in a while when I want to indulge in something that's very high lactose, like ice cream or soft cheeses, then I take it together with lactase. It makes it so that there isn't the weird discomfort that comes with dairy usually.but I think still it's importabt not to overdo it even if you use a supplement.This one specifically I've ordered a few times cause it also has a great price.

I have a hard time digesting dairy and I eat it sparingly and in small amounts. I don't eat dairy with added sugars or milk, but can eat some cheese and non-sweetened yogurt, cottage cheese, and sour cream. This really me to eat a little bit more of these dairy foods than I can without it! I just take a capsule before eating a meal that has cheese or dairy in it and it really helps to eliminate the bloating and gurgling gasiness I get. I can't say how it works for dairies with sugars added, but my guess is that it would work well for those also.
I love dairy products. I make sure to take 1 pil of this Lactase enzyme before consuming milky drinks, cream sauces or cheeses. I'm not totally lactose intolerant but I noticed slight discomfort (fullness & bloating) when i consume large amount of dairy products.
