This is a clean vitamin E, a very good antioxidant. I really like the natural factors brand. I believe this particular brand uses a synthetic form of vitamin E, and from what I have recently learned it is preferable to get a full spectrum natural version of vitamin E. But I am sure this is helpful and because it is a clean product I would recommend it over many others. Also, I was having skin issues and some acne and I began taking this vitamin E along with beta carotene and vitamin K2 MK4. The acne cleared up almost instantly, so I recommend anyone suffering with acne to dose up on your a fat soluble vitamins.
