I was prescribed Zoloft for lack of motivation/energy due to perimenopause. After reading about the side effects, I got a bit scared so I looked for natural alternatives and found this. (please note that I am *NOT* recommending everyone who is on Zoloft switch to this - just sharing my personal opinion/experience, which might not reflect your situation.)I have been taking it for about a month now and haven't had the bad "dip" in my mental wellbeing. I use a pill cutter to cut in half and take it every morning. I am thinking maybe I can even take alternative days.It's not something that makes me feel "happy" but it definitely helps stabilize my mood.Easy to swallow especially when cut in half.

Fantastic product!! I live with Bipolar and PTSD, SAMe has helped to find a good balance with my moods and anxieties. It also has the added benefits of reducing the pains of osteoarthritis. I love it!! My attention to stressful situations is greatly reduced and I a able to focus properly on what's important in my days.

I noticed more clean energy within 2 days. I'm 6 weeks in and still feel amazing. Mood is elevated and I'M DREAMING AGAIN. I have autoimmune disorders as well as PTSD, including chronic fatigue for the last 20 years. I have read and tried over 100 different remedies. This is honestly a life saver for me. Notable good quality for price. No noticable gastro intestinal side effects, as i have experienced with some brands. Good for mood and attention, and mild anti inflamatory. A good buy.
When the pandemic hit we were unable to get our dogs liver supplement, Zentonil. Worldwide supply issues. After doing some research I discovered that Same & Milk Thistle was the same thing. This brand was recommended by Dr. Jones, a holistic vet from the YouTube channel "Veterinary Secrets". Our dog's liver values actually improved on this Same supplement. Better results than the Zentonil & half the price!! Its awesome for dog's liver & cognitive function as well!!

The quality was excellent packaging was v good. Its benefit was average may be an increase in dosage will work much better there was no bad taste after taking depression was relieved to some extent
SAMe is a very powerful and effective supplement for moods (anxiety, depression, stress). This is a serious supplement and you should talk to a health care provider if you intend on taking it for long term (ie: 6 months or more). It is normally very expensive in Canada, so this is a bargain price! Note: SAMe can raise homocysteine levels (which is not good for the heart) if taken at high does for a long duration. However, this can be offset by taking a Vitamin B complex daily which lowers homocysteine level.
